I purchased 1 pair of shoes and fell in love with another which unfortunately was not in my size but this was not a problem and even though i was only on holiday for one week they still managed to get them for me, that's what i call excellent service. I once went in because I was concerned that my daughter's shoes weren't fitting correctly, and the member of staff whose opinion I sought was very thorough, and she even asked her colleague to come and give a second opinion. It can sometimes be busy, and they don't always have much choice in a particular size, but I suspect this is because Clarks are (as far as I know) the only shop in Gloucester that sells fitted, quality children's shoes. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for where children's shoes are concerned. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Some 18 months later I noticed a fault with the soles, rang the shop up, they asked me to return them and within a week I had a replacement pair of great shoes. This I think is outstanding service.
