I can't say enough about Pristine Touch. The customer service is the best I have experienced, and the service is excellent. I was moving and in a real scheduling bind after having been "stood up" buy several highly recommended cleaning services. Will, Teresa and Irene came to my rescue - and worked under difficult conditions. The movers were supposed to finish the day before Will and his team were scheduled, but they didn't finish until 2 days later. A window washer was working on all the windows, a painter was touching up some of the walls and built-in's and the movers were walking all over the house. They did a super job - even with all of these distractions. Will offered to help pack up stuff the movers couldn't get in the vans! And, he did a few handyman jobs that needed to be done. I was handling this move all by myself as my husband was overseas. Pristine Touch helped me get through it without a nervous breakdown. Teresa even came back the next day to clean the garage. They could not get to it as the movers left it full the day of the real cleaning. You can't go wrong hiring this company. Will, Teresa and Irene will get it done to perfection - however you need it to happen. Customer service at it's best - and a nicer group of people you couldn't find. read more

Amazing. I was in a bind moving to a new house, and the place was left filthy despite us being told it would be cleaned. It was almost 8 at night the night before we were moving and Will (owner) did what he could to make sure that he could adjust the schedule and have Irene come and clean our spot before the movers arrived. She came around 8am! We realized how much more dirty the place was while she was cleaning. Will even stepped in at one point to expedite other areas of the house. Overall, it's obvious they pride themselves on superior customer service. Will even asked me if I wanted something from Starbucks in the morning. Anyway, long story short they go the extra mile even on a whim sometimes to make people happy and it would have been a disaster to move into our new place without them. Thank you guys! read more
