We specifically needed a thorough clean due to allergies and concerns about pet dander, especially in bathrooms and high-touch areas, and they handled it well Bathrooms were fully sanitized, cabinets and drawers cleaned, baseboards and surfaces addressed. The house actually felt clean when they were done, not just wiped down. We had a few scheduling changes, and communication was easy and the team was professional throughout. No one arrived at 8:00 AM despite the 7:00 AM reminder from them as well as an appointment in their system, and attempts to call/email went unanswered at first When I checked their system 30 minutes later, the appointment disappeared from their system. The company said it was canceled because I didn't "confirm" in their scheduling system--a requirement that wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. As a result, I traveled over two hours for nothing, lost wages because I could have worked today, wasted 13 and a half hours (4:45 AM-6:15 PM) driving and waiting for a response, and spent about $70 in fuel round trip. The owner apologized for a "misunderstanding," but even as of 6:15 PM today, I have received no further response. This is very unprofessional--especially given the impact on an elderly person's home and a time-sensitive schedule, as well as the clear lack of respect for others' time. ZERO STARS

One thing I love about them is they are often able to provide services same day or next day, especially during the week. Neyva is my fave -- she's so sweet and always does a fantastic job paying attention to detail and always verifies the areas that I would like some extra time spent on. While the services and price are both good, I will say that their communication can be a bit wonky. As some previous Yelpers have mentioned I've had them show up either early or late a handful of times. Since I'm able to work from home some days (and typically schedule them for when I am) this isn't a huge inconvenience, but be sure to get confirmation of date/time in advance :)

Three ladies finished 1410 sq feet house in roughly 2 hours. Not to be rude, I didn't go over every inch of the house with them after they were done. Vivian briefly described me what they cleaned. Here are what they missed: 1. Some drawers in the kitchen were not touched at all. 2. Railings of couple windows were not cleaned. 3. Corners of hardwood floor were not mopped. I found big chunk of dirt at almost every corner. 4. Stair railings seemed to be dusted only. They were not wiped. 5. Hidden area of toilet bowls were overlooked. The list goes on like this. I really wish I stayed at the premise while they are cleaning so that I could keep an eye on everything. Lesson learned.
