Two years ago, I had an electrical problem with my pool equipment. Lance came out later that day, made the repair, and had my pool back and running in less than 30 minutes. Yesterday, I called Certified Pools because the heater on my spa was not working. I left a message but Debbie called me back within 10 minutes. She scheduled an appointment for the following day. Sure enough, Lance showed up right away and had the heater going within 30 minutes. If you need someone to repair or just service your equipment, you can't find a better, more reliable company than Certified Pools.

Only able to get in touch with them once (multiple call attempts and messages). They gave my son a list of documents required to make a warranty claim. Can't get them to call us back and email on their web doesn't work. I'm just glad the former owner (of my home) is the person who wasted money here.
