In 2025 from the advice of a contractor I purchased everything that was needed to furnish a to-be-built ADU. All kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, sinks, toiltets the lot. As 2025 passed and there was no permit, and no start date in sight, and on top of that the contractor was less than trust worthy I approached Fergusons to explain the problem: there was no ADU, there was no permit, certainly not in 2025. Fergusons without hesitation refunded me the total $ amount. We were floored. WHAT customer service, WHAT integrity, WHAT goodness walks the floor of this showroom and the management. Integrity is what permeats this business. No matter what future plans are considered there is NO WHERE in SLO county that would get our custom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Fergusons.

Eric not only assisted in purchasing the tile (and getting a great deal) but also with some design elements including an ingenious access panel on our whirpool tub that will allow us to easily service the plumbing and motor. Eric and his crew are extremely conscientious, reasonably priced, and hardworking. He was at our house from 8am to 7pm a couple of nights in order to get the project moving along quickly! They showed up on time and stayed on schedule. Eric is very fastidious about cleanliness (an uncommon trait in the tile guys I have worked with) and left the job site cleaner than he found it, even taking time to polish the tub. As a contractor for Home Depot, they told us to complain to Home Depot about their work. Between Home Depot and San Luis Marble, we had to wait until Nov 2025, over five months, to get our kitchen finished, while our disconnected oven and dishwasher sat in separate rooms. We had to wait several stress filled months for a job that should have been corrected in less than 30 days. We felt like we were being held hostage until we agreed to pay significant extra funds for San Luis Marble's mistakes.

He worked very hard to understand what we wanted and detail everything out, including enlarging our kitchen and reconfiguring our existing skylight. Karlie worked along with my own decorator and patiently helped through the process of choosing cabinets, fine-tuning the layout and interiors, and coordinating services. David L was our lead construction man and he was exceptional in his work ethic and attention to detail. David (and David his helper) went above and beyond to help figure out the details of making our skylight work, designing and building a custom spice cabinet for the back of our pantry door that was better than anything online, patiently hand-setting our tile backsplash into a unique pattern, and taking care of every little thing that popped up along the way, including reworking a drawer to make it larger. They arrived early, worked a full day, and got a lot done each day. Communication was excellent and we were never "stood up" as is so common with contractors, we always knew when they were going to be there. Juan in painting made sure that he took care of everything we needed and checked in with us often. After having stumbled through our prior kitchen remodel, it was such a relief to have someone else coordinating subcontractors and it is clear that they have good working relationships with everyone as we never had to wait very long for a subcontractor to come in.
