I don't even want to give Dr. Patel a star but I have to for the review. I went to him 3 times but I never got a good vibe from him so I decided this year to try a new dentist. My new dental office was asking for copies of my complete series of x-rays (FMX). I contacted Dr. Patel's office and spoke to One of the receptionists which she verified I never had any done which then I came to find out they billed my insurance for these X-rays that were never taken. Which makes sense because I was pregnant at that time when I went for my visit with him. My intuition was right about him that he is a shady individual. I did file a complaint towards him for fraudulence because this is not ok. I would suggest everyone that goes here check your statements to make sure he didn't charge you for services not provided. read more

Dr. Patel is the best dentist I've ever had. Not only is he able to do regular visits, he can perform surgical procedures as well, making it really convenient for the patient. His equipment is very clean and modern. He has televisions in each room and encourages you to select a film for your viewing pleasure while he takes care of your teeth. Just finished my semi-annual cleanup/maintenance. Doctor had records of my potential cavities from the past visit and have been keeping a close watch on them. I am pretty sure this facility would be doing a thorough homework before working on the patient again. Very impressed! They have been fair in costs not covered by insurance and have worked with her. I always find myself gagging when they take x rays of my teeth and it's a real real unpleasant affair for me, Until I went to Dr Patel, he was referred to me by one of my friends who has been using Dr. Patel's services for some time now. My family goes here and they really enjoy Mr Patel as well as all the ladies that make the experience pleasurable. There is a little kiddy area which my son enjoys very much. Ive been going to Dr. Patel since I was 15-16 years old and now i'm 22. Ive been to many dentists who hurt me and did poor quality work in my mouth.
