After considering all the options, I chose the base plus wash service. The team provided a great service and my car was washed well with the base plus service. Either they were closed too early, just unexpectedly closed or I had to wait until a long line built up before an attendant come outside. It's much different from when I joined up. I finally canceled my membership. The person who assisted me was professional enough, I suppose. He wasn't at all interested as to why I canceled my membership. Perhaps, he wasn't interested in my issues. Either that, or he didn't care that they'd no longer have me as a customer. Or maybe folks have been lining up and canceling. Who knows. Oliver and Keith stayed after closing, got on the ground, and removed it by hand with care and precision. They refused a tip and only cared that I left happy.
