I didn't see any like experience reviews, so I'll set the scene…read more You walk in and it's very similar to any other massage place, there's a small waiting area with a few fountains facing the front desk. The front desk has the pricing flyers in a stack. The wall to the right has recommended tip amounts based on the service. They recommend $10 and up. To the left is a room divider. You pay before the massage and they also ask you to leave a tip then too. Usually I just tip, but I did hear someone ask if they could tip after. I paid with Apple Pay and once I put the tip on the receipt the receptionist gave me the dollar amount. When you pass the divider there's about 9 beds in the general area and 3 "rooms" divided by curtains to the left. The door at the back is where the employees break and the restrooms are. A little box is provided to hold your phone and belongings. I did a 30 min foot massage and to my surprise, they started at my head while my feet soaked. The massage was wonderful. Linda was my masseuse. The massage ended with some hip stretching and some leg massage. The tip exchange was weird for me, just cause I'm used to someone taking the tip from me, but when I offered, she didn't take it. So I left it in the little box and said thank you and went on my way. I'll come back. It's a good refresh.

I've been coming here for almost 2 decades, which is why this is really disappointing to write…read more This place used to be something special I recommended it to everyone I knew, even family & friends visiting from out of the country It was always a go-to But lately, it honestly feels like the end of an era The atmosphere now feels unwelcoming, and the quality of the massages has noticeably gone downhill Most of the original masseuses who helped build this place are no longer here, and it shows you're not paying your masseuse enough so they depend on tips...which brings me to my next point What really stood out to me this last visit is the tipping pressure Its getting out of hand There's a sign rating tips with faces: $10 $15 $20 and it creates an uncomfortable experience that takes away from what should be relaxing After my Half-assed massage I handed over my $20 tip and i politely asked for her name so I could thank her properly she ignored me, put on the fakest grin I've ever seen and walked away It's frustrating to see a place I supported for so long fall off like this.. the prices continue to go up quarterly but the massage quality goes down..make it make sense I truly hope management and the employees take a look at what's changed, because right now, I can't confidently recommend this place anymore I walked of there with even more stressed than when I walked in. I hope today was just a blunder. I will give it 1-2 more chances but idk when For now It's been good but this is goodbye

I carry a lot of tension everywhere, not saying that i have more stress than the average person, but my body doesn't disperse it well(I know there's a better word for disperse, but it's not coming to mind). Whether it's work, lack of work, school, the family, the gf/bf, whatever/whoever it is that's causing you grief, go to Miss You, I guarantee you, you won't be so stressed out when you leave. Have you ever had a chihuahua on your lap and they're trembling, and each time you pet them, you feel the trembling slow down and it slows down some more, until it stops. I just left Miss You Spa, I am that chihuahua! It's 107 degrees outside right, and I feel as cool as a cucumber!!! Oh ya, ambiance right? Cool(I run hot) nothing worse than a massage while you're sweating, I'm speaking of other spa's, Clean towels, sheets, clean environment. None of the staff were chatting it up, walking in and out, nobody was messing with my chi! Lol who the hell am I. That was a joke, but I read some of the other reviews before coming here and I disregarded it and I'm glad I did! I came in stressed, frantic, in a rush, I left here......CALM.... Thank you Miss You Spa and I didn't get her name, but if you're reading this Charlie, I literally just left. If you're thinking 'should I try this place?' A million times yes, you definitely should. I'm coming back, I don't even live in this area, but things last night went better than expected, I did my walk of shame, some time after lunch, I found my self near Ontario Mills, Miss You Spa was the first one that popped up, it was the closest one and it offered a table shower, which I was need of, I normally would ask my friend to use their shower, but roommates, might have been a bit awkward. Anyways, come to Miss You Spa....totally worth it!

I was a walk-in and she took me right away. The room was very clean, calm, and relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. I did a 1-hour deep tissue massage ($70) with hot stones ($20 add-on) and a 15-minute foot massage add on ($20). Everything was absolutely worth it. Cathy listened to what I needed and the pressure was perfect. I left feeling 100% better and will definitely be back. One of the best massages I've had in a long time.
