He said didn't need it. 5 hours later he said he was done. Looking over the car I saw the compartment under the radio/menu was not touched. The compartment between the two seats not touched. He had been dropped off. The guy came back to pick Nicholas up! I asked how he cleaned the car. He showed me a water bottle. OF which was from my trunk he was using those bottles. The guy that came to pick him SAID, Is every thing alright. I could barely start with what was wrong. Lesson learned.!! I should have gone out soon to check. DON'T USE HIM. I searched for local detail shops and came across Detail Sector on Yelp. The address jogged my memory and I knew that I had stopped by once before. I remembered the shop and knew that my car was going to be taken care of. I stopped by for Jon to give me an estimate which I thought was very fair given the condition of the exterior and interior car. We talked about the work involved and when he had availability and after working out the details I dropped my car off to get it cleaned up. Jon did an excellent and thorough job both inside and out. The interior looks almost brand new and the exterior is as good as I had hoped for it being a 16 year old car. I definitely got a fair deal on all the work he had to put in. Jon is also very customer service oriented and my interactions with him were great. He is knowledgeable and also provided me with some additional recommendations for a few other things I may do in the future.

A very disappointing $550 spent, for my vehicle to come out worse than it went in. Very disappointed. Would use a different detailer.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I genuinely could not have had a better experience…read more John's customer service is truly outstanding. He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine. I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly shocked as to how amazing the exterior looks (especially because I drove across the country three times). My favorite part though, out of everything they did is my headlights. They look incredible and it made me drive home tonight so much better. I didn't realize how bad they had actually become until they fixed them! Additionally, to make things more difficult for them- My golden retriever recently turned 1 year old (so she went through her puppy and summer shedding phases) and it honestly looks like she never stepped foot in my car. Their prices truly do not reflect their customer service skills, extreme professionalism, or the effort they put into detailing. I was reluctant to spend that much initially because I'm selling my car, but I would have spent far more had I known it would shave off actual YEARS of use like it did. I will never go anywhere else to get my car detailed and I can't wait to go back with my new car in a few months!

I called a few other detailing shops before deciding on Magic Auto.  I was first interested because…read moretheir pricing was very fair.  I had spoken to a few other places who were asking way too much and touted their skills and experience but I soon realized they were going to put my car through the same process as every other car.  After speaking with Ethan and John I was able to see they are students of the craft and are open to learning about new products, and took the time to understand my concerns.  Since my car is older we wanted to make it shine while removing as little clearcoat as possible.   The headlights were also yellowing, so I asked them to use a specific process to properly restore them and prolong this from happening again.  I also had my own products I asked them to use, which we discussed and came to an agreement on how to proceed.  I am a very demanding customer, and I like to understand many details of how I am spending my hard earned cash to which John & Ethan were very accommodating.  Overall the car came out great, and I love driving it even more.  I plan to bring my other Mercedes along with my wifes Honda Pilot to get the paint polished and protected for the winter.  These guys treat your car as if their own and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
