I came for the on site sessions as a refresher and it was AMAZING! I had the chance to work with some of the other students and the other coaches. I would however recommend that anyone attending would complete the face-to-face sessions because the experience is much richer that way. So, honestly it would just depend on what type of learning style you are but the face to face gave me hands on opportunities that helped me better understand my coaching style and things I could do to expand my practice. Being able to actually build relationships with other coaching students and practicing was a great experience as well. I felt that I was able to begin building that peer support system. It was also interesting to learn directly from coaches Cherese, Lakendra, and Andrea and to get feedback from them all during our one on one feedback sessions, role plays, and hearing their real stories about some of the challenges that they have had as coaches. If you are ready to prep for the PMP Exam this class is a great starting point. The best thing about our class was the instructor. Mike Strachan, delivers well organized and entertaining classroom instruction. I found myself looking forward to class each day. He adds anecdotes from his professional experience that enhance the area of study. He takes his craft seriously and you can tell in his training instruction. I would take any class Mike is teaching.

My son started Spanish House when he was about 3 months old. He is always excited to go to school…read moreand loves his teachers like they are family and that love is definitely not one-sided. Everyone that works in that school knows my child by name. This is not a daycare. It is a school from 3 months old and on. All the teachers are native Spanish speakers and only communicate in Spanish with the students. In addition to being Spanish immersion, they follow the Project-Based Learning Curriculum even in the nursery school. Your child will not be sitting around all day, their days are full of activities. Each month is a different theme/project and the teachers tailor-fit their lesson plans to match. For example, this month's theme at the nursery and preschool schools is "Deja un Mensaje/Leave a Message." Students are learning all about communication - the traditional and modern ways to stay in touch, the importance of the messages that we send and how communication can connect us to other cultures. The entire school is decorated with mailboxes and letters. I highly recommend checking them out!
