I've been Daniels client for a couple tax seasons. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! I called Priority Tax Service with a question about an IRS letter I received for my 2016 taxes, as you know, it's seldom good news with a letter from them...I had called H&R block to ask for advice and attempted to set up an appointment to consult with someone. The woman I spoke to was so rude and told me "did I prepare your taxes that year?" I told her she hadn't and she proceeded to tell me that she didn't know how she was supposed to help me if she didn't mess it up and that if I did want to set an appointment to talk with someone it would be $75. It was so unprofessional and coming from what is possibly the most well known Tax Preparation company. I am actually relieved that happened though, it helped me to continue searching and I found Priority Tax Service due to it's great reviews. They were right, the moment I called there was a very nice lady on the other end that gave me an appointment (with no fee unlike H&R) and talked to me like she cared about my situation. I met with Daniel and he was very knowledgeable and patient, I didn't feel like he was trying to answer my questions and get me out of there as quickly as possible. I felt so at ease with him and his expertise! Daniel prepared my taxes and took care of my 2016 situation as well. I am so grateful I found him.
