Ray and his amazing team of drivers never let me down. The cars are always immaculate, there are phone chargers and bottles of water available. They are early for an on-time pick up, every time. The drivers are kind, patient, helpful, and take my lead if i am in a chatty mood or prefer some quiet time. Prices are reasonable and you can set your account up to include gratuities so no scrambling last minute for cash tip for the driver. I choose them every time- sure they may cost more than ube but i gladly give a few extra bucks for this family-run business, and for my own peace of mind.

Sure enough the car was not there and my stress level shot straight through the roof. After digging through my paperwork and finding an old itinerary with your phone number! I dialed the number ready to hear apologies that would only anger me more. The last thing I expected to hear is that I had a reservation for the next day. Instead of arguing with me over whose fault it was! You immediately reacted with the comment "let's get you home" . You mentioned you had an affiliate service in the area and would get to me shortly with a time frame they could get to me. While you reached out to your affiliate company.
