Very reasonably price. They put in my hot water heater. When it came time to get a new water softener I called round, had other people out and they were so much higher than Hessian. so based on Hessian Plumbing's many years of being a quality company I went back to them for my water softener. Recently I needed my basement tub faucet and the drain cleaned so Ron the Sewer Rat came out (same company) different department. he did a fantastic job. I just like this company and I will probably always call them and I don't need to take time to do comparison pricing. So, thanks guys. L

In my opinion this is not true emergency service, and I did not like his attitude.

I searched local Facebook groups for plumber recommendations and saw their name pop up several times. They originally made an appointment for that Friday, but called me back on Tuesday with an earlier opening, which I really appreciated, so I ended up having a new garbage disposal by Wednesday! The plumber I worked with was Ed, and he was very adaptable to the quirks of the tiny 100yr old condo I live in. It took about 2.5 hours. Ultimately the garbage disposal plus installation cost $875. (The Google estimates I was reading said garbage disposals are usually between 200-900.) They seem like a reliable operation.

We have used Blaylock Plumbing a couple times and have always been happy with their work!…read more Today we had Chris replace two faucets in our house. He did an excellent job and was very nice! I had sent a video and multiple photos of a basic leaky tub and actually tried to do the work myself, but the tile work around the plumbing restricted my access. So, Blaylock sent the plumber out who said he couldn't really tell by the video/photos and basically came to the house and told me he didn't do tile work and left. Because of this "visit," it's part of their policy just for coming out even if ZERO work was done. Highly disappointed as I tried to go local and the both the person on the phone and the plumber was really nice.

He was able to help us troubleshoot the issues we had in getting electricity to our shed, install our Tesla wall charger using an existing outlet pre-wired for the load and capacity, and all without giving us the run around. We are straight forward people and appreciate a straight forward service. We learned a lot from Jon and are so very grateful for his willingness to educate us while helping us out. We feel his pricing was more than fair and reasonable, and feel the value he brought exceeded expectations! We also appreciate his personality and up beat attitude and great sense of humor!! We will definitely be calling John and his team again anytime we run into a more complicated electrical matter, and any other matters! His 30 years of experience (over 70+ between him and Mike) certainly shows! Thank you again!
