They had full access to the space and many opportunities to inspect and measure it. I informed them multiple times over the course of 5 or 6 meetings that it was a tricky project and a prior contractor had already failed because his design did not meet MPLS building codes. Excel assured me over and over again that they understood and promised that their final product WOULD meet code - something we even insisted in including in the contract. After spending many hours meeting with them, visiting plumbing showrooms, discussing the project in great detail, they suddenly informed me that they had relied on their memory of the code rather than verifying it and that their design would not work. See the attached picture of the horrible design they provided as an alternative - everything was crammed into one corner. Luckily, they returned our $10,000 but they kept their design fee even though their design was not legal. I would strongly caution against working with them, unless you have a project that is very simple and will not require much attention to detail. If you want to work with a top-notch company, TreHus is the way to go.

I approached the process carefully, wanting to be fairly certain that the effort would be worth my time and that there was a good chance we would be fairly compensated for the hail damage. The insurance company pushed back hard but we won in arbitration due to the superb work done by Jeremy Reich of Central Minnesota Renovations. Jeremy was extremely professional in all of our interactions: He did a very thorough inspection of our windows and gutters, explaining why we had a very good case for compensation. He never pushed us and was a great communicator and listener. During the whole process of replacing our windows, he was always available to answer our questions or provide solutions to any problems during the installation. The window installation team completed the process in two days and the work was top notch. The staining crew masked everything thoroughly and the quality of the finishing was excellent. I also want to credit Robert Mansur for his great support on this renovation. I cannot give a higher recommendation regarding this experience and it was stress free because of the excellent communication and hard work that Jeremy Reich put into our project.

I even upgraded on the siding with the foam and more expensive shingles. ABC made a hefty profit from working on my house. Yet after they finished my house my Air Conditioning didn't work. The wire was behind the siding and wouldn't fix it. They said for me to do it and they'd reimburse me. The guy I had doing it didn't have the fancy sheet for the bill. He charged me $100.00 for his time and effort. He had to drill a hole to get the wire. Then he fished with his fingers. Took him about 2 hours. Called Dave the sales guy that came to my house. He wasn't helpful. I call the main office the same in the picture. I even drove down there and showed them the receipt. It wasn't good enough for the people in that building. They didn't reimburse me. As if I made this up or something driving down to the south metro taking my TIME. I decided right then and there I'd never use their company again. Few years later another hail storm. I forgot about it . Dave the same guy came back. He came to my house explained that they put 4 nail in per shingle extra. Was going to have them do that. Then it hit me about the previous time with my Air Conditioner wire. I told Dave about what happened previously he said he would payed me and would pay plus he was kinda upset because I was backing out of having them do my work. He didn't do this the last time. I was on my own to get my Air Conditioner working because ABC put the wire behind the new siding. This is a true story. Call me at 651 three 0 7- 18 zero 8 if you don't believe me. Find another company. And the reason for this is because I saw the ABC advertisement on WCCO 4 news.

Steve sent us an estimate when he said he would and it was reasonable for the work (same or better than other quotes). Communication was great throughout - Steve kept me updated on a daily basis and responded quickly when I had questions. The team worked hard to keep the drywall dust from getting everywhere by closing off the area (stairs) and vacuuming daily. There was still dust around the area, but I can't see how that would've been avoided since they clearly closed it all off. We're replacing the carpet in a few days so any seen in the photos doesn't matter - we mentioned not to worry about that! The team had a positive attitude and everyone was always super friendly. They worked well together and respected our space. Super happy with our results and experience so I'll definitely reach back out for future drywall / painting needs!

They sent us a link to request a quote and came back with a great price of $180, easy terms to pay upon completion and a website to pay on with our job #. The day of install required all cars be off driveways and stay off for 48 hours to cure. Crew showed up as scheduled, sealed any cracks with hot tar, and then seal coated our driveway neatly snd completely . It looks like new. Overall a great job and beautiful finish.
