Company charged my credit card for a day I did not park. Called company numerous times for over a month asking them to verify charge. They did not verify. Their office staff tried to brush me off and acted like they were doing me a favor, instead of providing customers a service. Office staff said they could not handle it and needed to refer matter to the manager there, and they would get back to me. They did not call back. Never verified the charge. Their customer service is like a bad company in the Third World- either they are corrupt, or they are incompetent. Will not do business with them again. Don't waste your money. Use another company. read more

This is a scam. They collected $12 from me cash as I entered, no explanation, would not answer my questions for prices as they pretended to be very busy - this should have told me this place is a scam. I parked for one hour and forty minutes. The sign says $2/half hour, so I should have paid $6. The two parking attendants are like goons collecting advance money - first he kept saying give me $20 cash, then somehow $12 cash - I told them I was parking for less than two hours, and pointed to the sign that said $2/half hour - he kept saying '$12 cash now!!. I paid, who collects in advance?? When I came back in an hour and 40 minutes, they refused to give me $6 back. read more

Beware their lot near the corner of 18th and L. A reasonable person would read the sign to advertise $5 for evenings and weekends. Not the case. Paid $5 on a Saturday evening and returned to find a violation notice on my car. The company is charging $25 for the alleged overtime violation and an additional $30 if not paid within 2 weeks. I understand it's a small amount of money involved, but I think the sign is misleading and wanted to let others know. One is better off using the valet. read more

Give tickets even when you pay. Phone service is rude and unprofessional. A minimal amount of training for any of the employees involved would have made this a non-issue. Either sell the company or do it right. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would. First off the location on 9th and L is a mess. The big amazon lady that works at the front desk is extremely rude. I went in to cancel and she gave me a hard time about it. Now i have a bill in the mail for $500. They have no idea what a problem I can be and I am beyond pissed. Everything I went in there she would give me a hard time. Irma (read other complaints and found out her name, seems like everyone has had a problem with her) is the witch of the west. I can believe it. U wish I would have read the reviews first. I regret ever spending $175 a month, yes one hundred seventy five dollars. Scammed for sure. The number given online doesn't work and I had to have someone take a picture and send it to me. I call that number and it goes to a lady named Naomi. Well see what happens but I promise, that $500 is not coming out of my pocket. read more

Zocalo hires this company to valet cars. I came out to my BMW last week and the passenger window was completely rolled down when I got it out of the parking lot. (was certainly not given to them that way) and to top it off I had an iPod and iPad in the back seat. Very careless and unacceptable. I urge all businesses to NOT hire this company. read more

Parked here on a Saturday afternoon. The sign in front clearly says $5 all day weekends, yet my credit card was charged $10. Will never park here again. read more

TOTALLY dishonest. Posted one price and then charged another price. I am still being charged for parking and the last time that I parked with this company was TWO WEEKS ago...When I called the company, I was referred to a "manager" who then informed me that there was nothing he could do about the $12.00 charge on the $10.00 parking, etc. Guess that I will just get in line and submit a complaint to the City of Sacramento. read more

I truly feel this is a MORAL issue and that Priority Parking Sac is running a scam to take advantage of local residents without remorse. Last night at about 6:30pm I entered a parking lot on R and 15th in midtown Sacramento, right next to many restaurants and bars (it looks like it is a lot for the establishments). The gates were up, there was no visible signage that showed payment was required to park, and many other cars in the lot showed no signs of payment tickets on their dashboards. Like the city of Sacramento, it looked like there was free parking after 6pm. At around 8:30pm when I returned to my car, I was confused to find a parking ticket in my window--along with EVERY other car in the lot! If it were only my car with the ticket, I would of course think that this was my fault and happily pay the fine. However, since every other car had a ticket, this leads me to believe that this is the company's goal--to allude that their lot is free parking and trick innocent drivers into thinking they can park for free. I was very upset by this, so today I called Priority Parking Sac to let them know they need to reconsider their signage because it seems so unjust that they are truly setting people up for failure. While trying to explain what happened to the manager Erma, I was interrupted THREE times in a very hostile tone from her saying 'the sign is there I just checked it.' I asked if that means other people had called to complain and she confirmed that she has received a call from another frustrated driver who had been ticketed. She then told me that it was up to me to pay the fine, she couldn't force me to so she would just take me to collections. Erma was unbelievably rude to me, did not apologize once, and did not say she would make any effort to put up a larger sign to people are not fooled by their scam in the future. I am appalled by this company's immoral business model and cannot believe they are legally in operation. Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!! read more

Received a ticket Jan 3rd for non payment and had a receipt. I call on Monday morning and speak to a woman who barely speaks English named Irma. She hung up on me and refused to answer again so I left her several messages with no prevail. I emailed the company and have also threatened litigation if they did not take care of my ticket. The man who works at Masonic Temple told me to watch my receipt etc as they have a pattern of over charging for parking and fictitious tickets in hope that you'll just pay the fine. Please choose other parking if you can and never use their monthly service!!!!!!! I left a message today for Naomi, I will see if she gets back. In the mean time I will slaughter their name all over town! read more

Thy changed their parking practices from free parking to paid parking at the bread store on J street in Sacramento without notice and started ticketing immediately. I am notifying the better business bureau and city of sacramento of their business practices for not giving notification of the change. read more

I like that all of the stores in the mall validate for this lot. It makes it affordable to shop at the mall. Sometimes the booth employees are on their phone and not really engaged, but I don't really blame them for that. What a boring job. All around, I've had a decent experience in their lots. read more

This review is specific to the lot on 915 L St in Sacramento, CA. First of all, it's a $15 to park for the day; most others are $10. I parked there yesterday and was slightly out of the line and when I went to retrieve my car they left an invoice on my window, charging me for an extra space. The lot was not even completely full and any other car could have parked next to me without a problem. And if this isn't insulting enough, you'd think they charge an additional $15, but they didn't the additional monies was a $25 fee. also, if you don't pay by the due date they tag on an additional $15, "collection and administration fee". I rather circle the block 80 times until I find parking then deal with these CROOKS! read more

This is the most disgusting parking lot in the world. I tried several times to talk to the manager about the human feces in the stairwell and they dismissed my requests. There are so many other places to park- why bother with this one!! read more

Deceptive business practice. Have an attendant at the gate and collect $. You pay someone to watch people who don't read your signs versus having them collect $ because you know no one would use your crappy service. Absolute scam! read more

I've used Parking Panda online reservations four times now (three different lots in Sacramento for Golden 1 Center events and one in Boston for a Red Sox game) and all three worked great. Last night, we used Parking Panda for the March Madness tournament in Sacramento. We reserved a spot in the County Lot at 730 I St. We arrived at the lot about 40 minutes before the first game was about to start. There was a line of cars trying to get in this rather small surface lot. After about 10 minutes, we were in the lot and could go no further to find a space. An attendant approached us and I showed him my online receipt. He said to leave my keys on the floor, gave me a receipt and said the car would be valet parked. I was a little surprised because our online reservations says "This is a private unattended lot". Had I known this would be valet parking, I would have made sure I took out any valuables from the car in advance. Before we returned to the lot after the event, I imagined that we would have a wait while the attendants juggled cars to get to ours but was surprised when the attendant gave me the keys and showed me that my car was one of only a few left in an easy to exit space. I was immediately able to drive out of the lot onto I street and was on the freeway in a matter of a minute or so. My only suggestion is the they should state your car may be valet parked and to station an attendant at the entrances to insure only those with reservations can enter if the lot is very full like it was for us. read more

If i could give less than one star I would. I parked at the Bread Store on J, where the sign said free parking for up to 30 minutes. I guess the spot i parked in next to the sign was NOT the spot it applied to. When I called to ask about it the woman who answered ERMA had the rudest, most disguisting attitude problem. She just kept repeating that I had violated the parking, and needed to pay the fine. I told her I understood that, but it was unclear from the signage that i was in violation. I told her it was also unclear the amount that needed to be remitted and how to remit. She continued to be rude so i fired back and asked for a manager. She transfered me to a voicemail with no information. When I called the corporate office to report her rudeness they were equally rude. It is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE that they would treat me that RUDELY when i was trying to pay thier stupid asses. Erma was a total bitch. read more
