Do not park here. They have a QR code for park mobile which I used on 4/25 to pay for parking. Only to walk back to my vehicle prior with 30 mins left of parking to be ticketed for non payment. The ticket is $65. I called the number provided on the ticket but it only allows customers to leave a voice message and does not allow you to speak with an agent on the phone. Definitely feels like a ticketing scam to me because every car in the lot at that time had a ticket on their window. Why would park mobile be an option if it's not being checked for payment? read more

I parked in a lot downtown Sacramento, I went to pay at the machine, and it required a parking space number. There is NO NUMBER in the handicap spot- I took a picture of the machine as I was trying to find a way to pay. I looked around from my parking spot and saw no other options. I called the next day after receiving a ticket to share my pictures of the parking space, the machine I was trying to pay at and offered to pay the $6 rate that was posted immediately. They claim I should have walked the parking lot and figured out the space number. I reminded them I was in a handicap space for a reason and walking the parking lot was not realistic. They then tried to state they just repaved the lot and hadn't gotten to adding the space number. I have the photos of the decrepit lot not ever repaved. They then tried to claim people just think they dont have to pay because it was a handicap space- not the case, I know when to pay and when it's free AND I was trying to pay!!!! I initially spoke to Devon @ Priority Parking and provided him pictures and my offer to pay the rate- he was rude and condescending and would not accept. read more

This company is a complete FRAUD. I very clearly had my permit displayed on my dash. They intentionally and maliciously took pictures from an angle that the ticket is hidden behind the windshield wiper. I will be disputing even though based on previous reviews, it will be futile. Do not fall for the trap of parking in one of these lots. You will end up paying more. read more

Overcharging for exaggeration of parking time and purpose. Parking on the street will be less expensive, poor customer service.

I think they are horribly run. I am always getting an invoice when my parking is clearly paid. Good thing I keep my receipts.

Total scam. Nowhere is cost of lot posted. QR code didn't work, no other available options to pay (can't use Apple Pay if you don't have an Apple!). No URL posted so you can access directly. Wants to charge $40. Finally got a call back from some rude woman who lied to me about their being a machine on site. Reported to the BBB. read more

This company is a scam. I tried to pay for parking but their services didn't work, even took screenshots. Multiple cars had tickets when I came back to my car. Called to dispute because I had screenshots to prove my efforts both women I spoke with were unwilling to help me and told me the only higher up to speak with is the owner and he wouldn't speak to me. This was at the location next to Chicago fire which I also never go to. The lady made me feel bad and like I was a liar and waisting her time. It's a shame with the prices of everything why wouldn't I pay for $3 parking over a ticket? I tried! Now I have a ticket to pay because their payment services didn't work. Not ok read more

Booked at the 1780 24th Street lot so I was as close to Channel 24 as possible due to a back injury that week and I needed as short of a walk as possible. I prepaid, arrived at the lot and was told it was full. I was sent to a second lot down the road and it too was full. Sent to a third lot even farther from the venue where I was finally able to get a spot. I could've paid a lot less and gone through a lot less hassle purchasing somewhere else. So frustrating! read more

Communication with this company leaves a lot to be desired. Paid for my spot, didnt get a receipt and thought that was normal (right, it's a computerized payment after all), received a ticket for $60 with $20 off if inpay it immediately. So i lose this "discount" for fighting an improper fine? Yep, sure did. No one answers the phone. I HATE this company and will avoid your lots for the rest of my life. If i see your little pud zipping from lot to lot, im giving him the bird and maybe running him off the road. Oops. PS--i hate you. read more

They do not enforce their parking rules, and they are impossible to get a hold of! NOBODY ANSWERS THE GODDAMN PHONE!! I pay $250/month for a reserved spot near my apartment complex. Someone not living here pulled into my spot, and I called the city to complain--nobody came out. I had to pay for another spot across from the reserved spots. I tried to get a refund since I already have a designated spot, and they just gave me the runaround and no refund. This last weekend, Anime Con was happening and people were in the lot for designated spots parking in reserved spots. As a result, my wife and I were unable to leave to go to the grocery store--not only because we were afraid of losing our spot, we would not be able to find parking when we got back because there was practically no parking for miles! I feel as if they are ripping their clients off with the illusion of a reserved spot. I tried calling twice and had to leave a message--no call back! I should not have to pay $250 for a spot that anyone can take that should be reserved for me only! I WILL take them to court if they do not refund the money that I was out because someone took my spot and they refuse to enforce their own fucking parking rules! read more

1625 K St. Location: Paid online through ParkWhiz for a Friday-Sunday parking spot.. instructions were easy, convenient and needed to extend my spot for some additional time and that was easy as well. If only I could give ZERO stars. This parking lot is shady in its ticketing practices. Not only do they ticket you when you have paid, but they make excuses AND you have to MAIL.. yes mail.. your dispute in. When calling or emailing, you only get Irma who does not read or address your concerns. If you call, you only get Irma who does not listen to or address your concerns. You get upset and speak to a supervisor who could care less. They both stated their attendant couldn't see/read the receipt in my windshield. It was less than a foot from where you put the ticket envelope. I already emailed pictures to Irma "Well I didn't see those and you still have to mail in your dispute." The same thing happened to my friend and when she spoke with the payment company (different from Priority Parking) they said this happens ALL THE TIME. Its like they hope you don't dispute so they can make money off of you. They kindly ONLY charge $40 rather than $60 though if you pay within 30 days (which you can do ONLINE). These people are frauds. read more

They had an agreement with one of the local non-profits in Sacramento that did not include the alley parking spaces. I parked here knowing we had every right to do so. After about an hour, we walked to our cars getting towed. I had to argue for almost a half hour to get them to "do me a favor" and unhook my car which at that point would have been theft because they had no authority over that portion of the lot. I've been trying to call them for two days because after all that, they still gave me a parking ticket but I can't get ahold of them. Do not park here or even around them if you want to go home with your vehicle. read more

SCAM. LIE ABOUT VIOLATIONS AND THEY HAVE NO WAY TO DISPUTE ONLINE By far the WORST parking service I have ever had to deal with. We received a violation 12/17/21. I thought it would be easy to clear up considering we did pay for parking and had the receipt to prove it. When I called to clear it up the lady on the phone stated that she had photos of the dash with no receipt (impossible) and that she also had a photo of one of our tires taking up a 2nd spot. I don't see how this could be possible considering there were cars parked on both sides of us when we left(no comments were listed on our violation). When I requested the photos she directed me to online. There were NO photos online when pulling up our violation. When I asked her to hold for a sec so that I could ensure I was looking at the correct website. She snapped and said she will not wait and that I will have to figure it out. Not only was her customer service the worst but this entire violation sounds like a SCAM. I will never park in Priority Parking lots again. Having to possibly have to deal with this again isn't worth it! read more

Parked in one of Priority Parking Services lots today and paid the $16 flat rate fee for all day parking. Once paid at the kiosk we were not given a receipt of payment by the machine. Figured it was ok since it did not even mention a receipt given upon payment after not only entering in the number of your space but also after the final step of payment. Come back to our spot to leave 4 hours later to see a parking ticket of $45 dollars of non payment left on our windshield. Our car was one of MANY with the same yellow envelope. Obviously we will not be paying it and look forward to trying to talk to a real person via the customer service line they provided (/s). It is disheartening that "businesses" like Priority Parking Services use predatory practices like this to squeeze extra bucks outta those who may be naive to these scams. read more

I paid the parking and I didn't take the receipt because I saw many receipts under the machine. When I came back, they gave me a ticket. I thought they made a mistake. But it was not. They told me that they gave a ticket for not showing receipt on the dash board. Just felt, someone tricked you by leaving many old receipts under there and you may felt you didn't need to put it on your dash board. Then, you got ticket for it. Lesson learned!!!! read more

They gave us a parking notice for $45 dollars after we paid for all day parking. I received a ticket for parking in a space that said it was reserved from 7 a.m to 6 p.m. We parked there at 6:15. There are no clear signs that this lot is operated by Priority. The pay station is at the other entrance to the lot (not visible from our space) and is obscured by shrubs and an overgrown tree. When I called to inquire about the ticket, the woman that answered seemd annoyed and then handed me off to what I assume was a supervisor. This supervisor woman proceeded to talk over me, telling my that there are clear signs "everywhere" (there aren't), told me that the reserved space is from 7-5 (it's 7-6), and then actually fucking hung up on me when I tried to say that there aren't clear signs. What in the hell is wrong with this company!!?? Seriously! You folks get enough revenue from legitimate violations, why can't you at LEAST listen to people when they have concerns?! I don't need someone yelling over me and being the fuckin rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I don't challenge tickets because it's usually my own damned fault. This time it wasn't and these crooks are eager to rip off their customers while also verbally abusing and berating them. I will NEVER utilize ANY of their lots in this city!!! Btw.....I ain't no fuckin transplant who doesn't know the Sacto ropes...I was born and raised here and I will say...PRIORITY PARKING IS A FUCKING DISGRACE TO SACRAMENTO!!! read more

I will never do business with Priority Parking again. Monthly parkers, beware that some of the lots are also used for Valet services (they DON'T tell you that when you sign up for monthly parking). You'll just find that out when you come back from lunch and can't find a spot because a fleet of VALET Hummers, Beamers, and whatnot are now occupying over 50% of the spaces, in the lot for which YOU are PAYING, monthly. I can't tell you have many times I've been inconvenienced, made late to appointments, and had to go hunt down street parking. Ummm? Maybe I was supposed to drive up the block to Zocalo and have them VALET my car to my lot? And, don't bother calling to complain. If you're lucky and you get a live person, you'll just get some lame answer about parking in one of their "other" lots, which (in my case, was about another 5 blocks out of the way... off some alley, with no signage - so, good luck finding that one!). IF I wanted to park THAT far away, I would have stayed with my other parking company, which by the way, was less expensive, assigned parking spaces, and a lot more up on their technology - they actually have a online system in which to print your parking sticker. Imagine that? Apparently, Priority Parking can't imagine what would be convenient for their customer (such as a spot in your lot); you'll get your tag in the mail a few days already into the month. Heck, you'll be lucky if you even get your parking tag. I even got someone else's tag mailed to my address. They also don't tell you when your lot is going to be reduced to half capacity due to construction. Therefore, one morning you may get to your lot and find that all of the spots are taken... inconveniencing you again to go vulture for street parking. Again, when you call to complain about this, you'll get that same lame answer (see above), which feels like they're actually saying "too bad for you, silly fool - don't you know we're trying to make money anyway we can? Go park in one of our undisclosed lots, buh-bye, go away now." Oversold? Maybe. Unorganized? YES! Unprofessional? Definitely! Try to resolve any conflicts with this business in writing; the woman in the office (Irma) will just shout, talk over you, and basically call you a liar. This reminds me to also warn you, when phoning in a complaint or parking issue - take diligent notes of names, times, and dates with whoever speaks to you. Priority Parking... makes me wonder what, or who is the priority? Maybe the priority is making extra bucks by overselling space and "subletting" for nearby valet use? I can tell you that I, as a customer, didn't feel like a priority, or even a customer. read more

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! The company I work for used their monthly parking service and they have caused nothing but stress and aggravation. The employees representing this company, specifically Irma Gomez (9th and L location) and the morons parking the cars, are incredibly rude and unprofessional, making it extremely difficult to work with. They damaged one of our employees vehicles and made us jump through hoops in order to get the repairs done. They are also way overpriced! I pay for monthly parking at the lot located on 7th street between I st & J st and it is totally disgusting!!!! Every stairwell for getting in & out of the underground "secure monthly" spaces smells to the high holey heavens of human urine (sometimes pools of it is still there in the morning). The stairwell on the 8th street side is literally someone's private bathroom with human feces on the stairs several times a week. The company, nor staff, does nothing to clean up it for weeks at a time except throw kitty litter on it but continues to leave it there!!!!! It is literally an assault on all humanity just trying to go to work or retrieving my car at the day's end. If possible I would have given this lot negative stars but it's not possible - long story short, pay more for something better because for $125 month it's not worth it, not too mention the spaces are totally cramped and most people's cars have been hit down there. STAY AWAY!!! I will be paying more and moving to another lot at the end of the month needless to say, for $125 it's a total ripoff and not worth the 3rd world conditions in the stairwells. read more

Came back 15 minutes later to find a ticket on my window for 25 dollars! Saw an attendant chasing down a truck trying to leave. Argued with him for a while and we finally agreed on $14 for the day. Worst. Service. Ever. I pay for a monthly space, but it's not reserved. If I'm not in the lot by 8:30 am, other people have paid hourly and taken all the spaces. So I'm left with nowhere to park even though I already paid FOR THE WHOLE MONTH. Forget about leaving for lunch or errands, you will never find a space when you come back. My coworkers and I have been trying to call them, No one ever calls back. They don't respond to email either. When we do reach them, they rudely tell us that we just need to get there first, or we can park in another lot 5 blocks away. They won't even consider painting "Reserved" on our spaces that we PAY FOR IN ADVANCE FOR THE WHOLE MONTH. Plus the parking lot is uneven and has holes cut in the asphalt. It's very narrow and you can't get through if there is a big pickup parked in it. It is a muddy mess in the rain because of the holes. read more

If only I could give negative stars! The parking "lot" in the alley between 10th and 11th and J st is a scam. The lot is marked Public Parking from when the city owned it. The sign says credit cards accepted but the payment kiosk is broke down. No way to pay! Also the parking app does not work for this lot so basically they lure you in to park there and you have no way to pay. Here is the kicker. Well if I could give -5 stars I would, the lot was really pack and there were two man working there they approached us in the driveway and charged me 30 dls for the parking (later that night other people told me they were charge 25 ) they took our keys gave us a ticket to claim them, so I went to the concert which by the way was amazing the Foo Fighters play for another hr and the concert ended around 12:15- 12:20 we headed to the car and notice the gate was closed and started to look for someone to give us information, a man was inside but turn out to be another costumer stuck just like us, I started to panic cause i have 3 kids ( one of them a 2 year old that I still breast feed) that stayed at home with a babysitter so i needed to get back home which is in Hayward, Ca. A two hour drive away, the gate had a chain and a lock but it opened enough so we manage to get in, we went to our car and surprisingly it was unlocked we then notice a sing saying that the garage closed at 8 and a hr after an arena event (a tiny little detail that the man forgot to tell us) I looked if there was a phone number to call and I did but got no response then I called the police but it wasn't a city parking so they weren't able to do awe weren't the only ones locked in they were 5 other costumers trying to get out, two of them manage to break the lock and opened the gate but I did not had my keys , Uber cost like 500dls and my AAA membership wasn't able to send a tow truck until the morning, by that time it was already 4 in the morning and we were looking for a hotel but our phones died and we had to spend the night in the car. The next morning we had to get a rental to get my other set of keys and u had to come back for my car. On Monday morning I called them again and the "supervisor" yelled at me that he was there until 1:15 in the morning which wasn't true cause I was there at that time and I have the phone calls I made to them and the police he was very rude and had an awful attitude telling me that I had to come an get the keys all the way to Sacramento and that they weren't responsible for what happened. I will say they met my low expectations. If you do enter a monthly parking agreement be aware that the contract allows them to charge you $25.00 if your credit/debit card is declined for ANY reason - say for example your bank replaces your card for security reasons and gives you a new one, sorry out of luck, even if you give them the updated number the same day. Otherwise, it's just parking they could care less about you and me. As to the physical condition of the premises, I can personally attest to the review of one lot from a few years back describing kitty litter covering up human waste. In 2015 it has not changed. Nothing starts the day better than a dry heave up a flight of stairs on the way to work. Most people walk up and down the ramp intended for cars rather than chance the daily surprise in the stairwells; problem is you have to endure a blast of hot skanky air from the bowels of the abandoned building. Lord knows what's in that "air". In the morning there are often homeless camped out next to the spaces. I would never ever pick up my car here after sunset - that's when the post apocalyptic conditions take over, the creeps wander through for no good reason. DO NOT PARK at a PRIORITY 'PUBLIC' PARKING LOT. A complete scam. Present themselves as Public Parking and are not. City should refuse to let them continue to operate under the name "PUBLIC PARKING". The additional signage explaining the fees faces the BACK of the parking lot so you will not ever see it when you drive in the lot.
