Dave got back to me quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. Proceeded to be here the very next day on time and go above and beyond. Installed our provided Garage Door Opener that we bought off Amazon. Went above and beyond making sure the door was in good shape and even doing preventative maintenance that hasn't been done since we've moved here to the high desert. The price remained the same even with the extra services! Overall, if you need any work with your garage and you want it done right with a professional who knows what they're doing. My oldest came home from school today and was unable to open the garage. Once I got home, I saw that some of the cords were loose and there was an error code on the garage door opener so of course I looked it up online and it said that we had a broken spring, and I looked up and sure enough, the spring was broke. So after telling my wife, what the problem was, I went to yelp, looking for a recommendation for a garage door repair. I called the number and Dave picked up. I told him the problem and he said text him my address and he's be on the way. He made it in about 20 mins. Talking with Dave is like just hanging out with your buddy having a beer. Easy going and explained everything plainly. He even gave us a deal since we were paying in cash. He also lubed all the hinges so our door is quiet now too. He told us the average springs last around 8 years (about 10k open/closes). We had a single spring and he asked if we wanted to put up two new ones. We did that. I highly recommend Dave. His work comes with a 2 year warranty also. Highly satisfied customers!! read more

I live in the San Gabriel Valley and locating a trustworthy, honest and reliable garage repair company is hard to come, especially if I when I dont live in the High Desert. Last week, one of my tenants in Victorville had a garage opener issue. I called Dave to see what he can do to help resolve the issue. He was professional and friendly. He said can come the next day to help look at the problem and provide me with a free estimate. Prior to arrival he gave me a heads up on when he was expected to come. Moreover, when he reviewed the issue and he noticed it was something very minor which he easily fixed for free. He did tell me that my GFI outlet should be replaced if I do not want further issues in the future. Although he didn't charge me, I wanted to give him my business due to his honestly . Therefore I hired him to replace my GFI outlet. All this was done over the phone and payment was done virtually. I highly recommend Dave and will use him for my other properties. read more

Our tension spring broke at 8 pm last night and I started reaching out to several different companies for repair times. Dave (the owner) responded quickly and got us set up for 7 am today. He was on time, able to diagnose the problem quickly, and gave an incredibly reasonable quote for the work to be done. He even helped get our door a little quieter in the process. He stayed true to his quoted price and was done in about an hour and my husband is now off to work. We so appreciate his reliability and honesty. On Saturday morning my 18 month old four panel garage door had the cable mount break and nearly fall on my cars. I called the installers and was told they only do repairs during the week. I looked up repair options here and Priority had a solid five star rating. I called and Dave answered and said he could be here between 12-2. He rolled up at 11:55 and was ready to get to it. He not only repaired the damaged parts, but he also adjusted the railings and reset the travel so that it would t happen again. He was so awesome to work with, so responsive and a total perfectionist. Dave saved the day and helped secure my garage on a moments notice and at a fair price. Highly recommend! read more

I have a comparison, bought my opener at Lowe's , excellent sells person (autumn) so I pay for installation ,,, long story very short , the sales costumer service was the worst ever, the installer that was sent was told not to do Anything unless I pay An extra $95.00 for a job a did Not need,,, so I canceled my installation , called priority garage door repair,,, this company was so good that i put a little bit extra on the check. Highly recommended. Stay away from the sales installation department at Lowe's ,,, so bad Autumns excellent service goes down the drain for Brittany trying to charge for something I did Not need. Needless to say PRIORITY GARAGE DOOR REPAIR , gets 5 stars , read more

He also helped me save money on replacing a worn out seal that he installed on the door. David didn't try to sell me a new garage door opener as a possible quick fix before turning over many stones. Didn't have to replace the opener. He is competent and fair in pricing. I highly recommend this company. read more
