I've never had a bad encounter with the staff and they've always been super sweet and accommodating. The PAs I've seen have been friendly and nice. I've felt listened to and cared for both times I've been. I like that you can ask staff to be masked. They have hand sanitizer everywhere. I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen after checking in. I enjoy having the tablet to check in so that I'm not handling a clipboard. The best part is they take walk-ins and appointments but I've only ever walked in because I didn't expect things to happen. They double check on where to send any meds for me and if I need a referral, they put it in for me. I've been to a lot of urgent cares and left miserable and upset, this has not been one of those places for me.

When we were finally called back, the cna had a nasty disposition too and immediately started questioning us about the injury as if it was too much of a problem. We were basically turned away for service based on the nasty cna's decision. She claims she spoke to a doctor and told us we could wait but it would be pointless. I will never visit this location ever again. I will also advise my family and friends to go somewhere else for urgent care needs.

After waiting for 30 mins we were informed that his swabs might have been swapped with another patient (either mislabelled, mix up with the lab etc). It was difficult to take his swabs again with him being on the spectrum. Staff and the P.A. did apologize and ran the swabs quicker. P.A. was polite and answered all our concerns. Hoping mislabelling/mix up with specimens will never happen again.

He was just there on Wednesday and was prescribed Motrin and ear drops. He let the Dr know that he had pretty bad headaches the last time he had taken Flonase, and the doctor's response was "then don't take it". What kind of Dr says that without even bothering to prescribe an alternative to the Flonase?? I'm sure most people only go to express care when it's absolutely necessary, but please get Dr's that are there just for a paycheck!

Essentially, you pay for the healthcare you need. This is an excellent practice for people who cannot easily afford medical insurance and are shut out of our healthcare system. For myself, I enjoy the fact that The practice is personable and accessible, and I never have a difficult time getting an appointment when I needed it. I think many more people should be considering medical practices such as evolve, yet I still do not find that many. The closest analogy is somewhere like Care first, however, Care first is less of a medical practice run by one doctor and more of a mass healthcare system. Evolve is a medical practice, with an excellent doctor, competent staff, and a pay as you go approach.

Assuming you finish and pass the screening, you are emailed a green pass that you show the front desk when entering the building. If you don't get a chance to pre-fill it, you take the screening with one of the front desk receptionists, who are set up right in front of the elevators. The particular office I visited had a one patient rule, meaning you could not be accompanied by another person, or have them sit in the waiting area. Not an issue for me, but could be something to keep in mind for parents, guardians, etc. In the waiting area, every other seat was blocked off. Parking out front is free and plentiful. Facilities are on the older side.

After when I was lying on the table I couldn't sit up because the pain was so bad, and she just sat there and watched me. I felt demeaned and worse than when I came. When she lifted my shirt to massage my back, I had to ask her to close the door. Terrible experience. At the end of the session she said I might want to try somewhere else. She was 100% correct.
