When first approaching the counter, i was immediately made to feel as if me walking through the door was ruining her day. Mind you, I said nothing except "hello" to this woman. She was annoyed I didn't have the account phone number, but I handed her my member number! I don't see how it's my fault that she wasn't trained thoroughly and couldn't figure it out. I suspect that she was just pretending to enter the member number so that she had reason to groan more and make me feel unwanted at the counter. It continued on from there for another 5 minutes, but there's no need to bore you with those details. It just got ridiculous. The manager in this store is the real problem, however. Employees are only as good as their training. Although I highly doubt Deb would be happy at any job.
