Printfuls customer service is TOP NOTCH! Always able to get in contact with someone and they're always willing to help. I just started using Printful after researching other companies and honestly I am extremely happy that I did. Highly recommended! read more

Customer Support is awful. They tossed me to almost 20 new representatives who had no knowledge of what they were claiming to know. Do not use this company. They never paid me for my portion for business merch. PayPal favored my side since they knew that this company was at fault. Instead of trying to help me. They blamed it all on Shopify which had nothing to do with this. This is absolute worst print by demand company. read more

I use them for my store http://dolcementa.store and I didn't have any issue so far, I ordered almost $1000 from them and the products were always delivered on time. The synchronization between Printful and Etsy is quick and easy, I like it even if I have to edit the listings after they are created in Etsy anyway. Full price orders are always faster than test orders, but no surprise there. I use test orders to verify the quality of their products before putting them on sale. I tried a competitor once and they took forever to deliver my order so I am gonna stick with Printful for now because I got the best value and service so far. read more

I'll keep it simple. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's as if they're not responsible for helping you. They've messed up orders, no rectification. Orders have been late or not received, "nothing we can do about it". It doesn't matter. All they'll do is spout policy. Secondly, the quality has definitely gone down for DTG products. I consistently get orders that should've never made it past QA. And again, no help when I or my customers receive a terrible product. The ONLY good things are the variety of products and the integration. read more

Printful sent my customer a stained shirt as a final product. When I asked for a replacement, they told me to ask the customer to wash the shirt and the stain would come out. What kind of company does this? You would never sell a stained shirt as a final product in store, and ask customers to wash the shirt to see if the stain comes out. Turns out that my customer already tried to wash it, and that stain did NOT come out. Only after I sent Printful pictures of the washed shirt did they offer a replacement or refund. I understand that things are delayed due to COVID, but the lag time on getting a shirt produced is 22-27 days. But on top of that, Printful is fulfilling my orders in reverse order! They are fulfilling the most recent orders first and the oldest orders last! one of my customers has waited nearly a month for her product, but Printful is fulfilling orders placed a week ago (and this is for the exact same product). This makes absolutely no sense. I have been forced to close my Etsy shop because I just can't deal with all this inconsistency and poor product quality coming out of Printful. If you are looking for a POD supplier, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. read more

Pre-Covid Review. When I discovered dropshopping and the potential to make extra money I jumped at the chance to start my own clothing line. Printful seemed to be highly recommended and I began to create my designs and upload them. My excitement to start this endeavor quickly dissipated when I began ordering samples. To make a very long story short, the quality is hit or miss. I just wish there was more consistency. It's very frustrating to try and upsell a product for profit (like a shirt for example) and you're told to tell your customers to wash it out if its faded or has remnants from a previous garment that was worked on right before yours. My experience with embroidery products wasn't much better, some were correct and others were just plain wrong. I've spent quite a lot of money on merchandise to preview before selling it and I was taken aback at all of the inconsistencies. Plus I don't like the fact that there doesnt seem to be any resolve with an issue efficiently unless you leave a review on here. When I've contacted customer service they were very short with me and basically said deal with it. I think Printful is a good company but just not that great. There is a difference. I hope during the shutdown things have improved. I read their blog almost daily and it seems a lot of effort is being made and that's hopeful. I plan to resume again trying to get my dropshipping business off the ground in 2021. When I do resume and the quality is still hit and miss I am going to just let it go. Lastly, there's more things I'd like to get into that have happened but I will wrap it up. I just wish there was stricter quality control when EVERY product is made. It would be nice if there was staff to look at each item and approve it before its presented. I've been told they have this but there is no way some of the things I've received have been approved. If it was approved beforehand then their threshold for quality is much lower than mine. read more

I was looking for clothing printers which had a minimally taxing integration with my 'PrestaShop' 1.6 compatible 'ThirtyBees' shop. I guess I got 'lucky' when initially provisioning my store with them, as the first tech I encountered was able to overcome their site's initial failure to connect. I then set up a number of sample 'templates', and ordered some samples (though their pricing overall appears steep, and other sources were able to provide much more reasonable rates, which dissuaded me from overcommitting to their service : then too, the designs on samples they sent me fell apart within ~a handful of washings). Having been a software developer in the printing industry for decades, in my professional opinion, interacting with them and their web site (particularly artwork setup) is exceedingly overly taxing, and they want to do things like hold your embroidery files ~hostage!, even though they want to charge you for them. Recently they decided to 'upgrade' their plugin (though no apparent improvements in functionality), and although it also appears compatible with my shop, their server is once again failing to recognize that my store is compatible (and this time they've refused to put me in touch with someone of competence who can rectify things, instead repeatedly ~bungeling & spouting ~BS)... read more

I just launched my site www.lucidlainy.com January of 2021 - and am having a wonderful experience so far with Printful! Their WIX integration is pretty easy and I am NOT good with tech ( I am just in the process of figuring out how to make the variants of one design with different colours show up as one product on my site). I have made a test order with each product I have created for the LUCID SHOP and am pleased with the quality of each item (even after wash)! Looking forward to an abundant partnership with PRINTFUL! VERY POOR customer service. I spoke to several customer service reps and their resolution center and the issue hasn't been resolved. I'm still waiting on my refund. Printing is very inconsistent. I found Printful and decided to give them a try for my new line of custom design hoodies and hats. Needless to say we are still in trying to get the sample hoodie printed properly! It has been over a month and Printful can't even print my logo in the CENTER of the hoodie? I mean are you serious? Do you not do quality control or measure before you print? Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable customer service as a whole! Every time I email with a concern, I get a different agent to jumps in to help, but all it happens is that they DO NOT Understand what is happening or read your request. Yes they offered a credit but what's the point when they cant even get (1) Sample printed right or double checked before shipping. I'm glad this happened now and NOT when my clients receive the JUNK thy print! Horrible all around and its a shame that Printful is allowed to proceed with this kind of terrible customer service and NO knowledge in basic Printing. I have asked several times to speak with the owner or main people in charge to explain what is going on! But they all refuse and say NO one can be reached? That is Bull Sh$t at its best. I have waisted enough time and money on this company and I'm telling you please RUN and find someone else that cares and will actually quality control their product before shipping out to your clients. I read feedback before buying and thought this would be a good experience but it is not. I got the hats, to make a short story, the hats were crap quality. The hats were resent and the company made-up for the quality being bad. However, when I left them a 5-star review (out of 5) they could not accept it. They asked me to change the GOOD review so that it removes the detail of any work basically they did as the company, and want me instead to review the 3rd party blank hat, without work done. I left another review and the company still deleted it, so I am writing here to tell you how ridiculous this has been just to try to let them know I was happy, but having me remove the review and reword it to your liking, when you have 4-5 pages of reviews just like what you are asking me to remove. I bought it because of reviews written that you are telling me I cannot write myself. This company is a fraud. They won't allow me to make an honest review on their website, even when the review was good, they could not except it and want to discriminate against me while they allow 4-5 other pages of reviews to do what they will not allow me to. Discrimination against my honest review shows fraud on Printful's part. read more

I really wanted to like Printful & we gave them multiple opportunities over the course of a year to do something right. Unfortunately there was an issue with every single order. PLUGINS ARE POORLY CODED: They spew errors repeatedly. Our developers have been doing this twice as long as Printful has been a company. PRINTS ARE ALL SLIGHTLY CROOKED: They're using a DTG method that requires a human to preload and align the shirts. Their employees do not care about the quality of your product. 48 out of 50 items you order will have crooked graphics. LOW QUALITY SHIRTS: Even the premium (expensive) shirts are bottom of the barrel C grade materials. Threads begin unravelling on first wear. Fabric is often twisted around the torso from the misaligned seams. PRINT TIMES ARE SLOW!!! It can often take them weeks to ship your products. We've had multiple cancellations from customers furious about the amount of time it takes to receive their order. Printful is the slowest printer available. SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE: Check the rates yourself. Printful often charges double what most shipping providers would bill you to send an identical item. They probably get discounts for the volume they ship, but that doesn't stop them from overcharging their customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST: They do not allow any calls to their company. It is email only. They frequently take multiple days to respond to inquiries. When they make mistakes they stand their ground and call their customers liars. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF!! AVOID PRINTFUL!! FIND ANOTHER PRINTER!! read more

Their workflow and timelines are a complete joke. If I put in an order of 10 shirts to be printed, the order takes 7 days just to even start printing. If I put in 10 orders of the same shirt, but 1 in each order, they are done in 24 hours! The timeline of a recent order: 10/14 - 9 Shirt Order placed (Bella +Canvas, most popular garment) 10/19 - 6 Shirts "Picked" 10/20 - Other 3 "Picked" (all the same garment style) 10/21 - Printing begins, a whole 7 days later 10/22 - ? 10/23 - ? 10/24 - Order somehow complete It's like they wait until the last possible minute in the window of time they give us to start an order, without any reason why or knowledge of what the process is in the print shop itself. Customer service is rude, unhelpful, and scripted. How can they manage to be rude yet give canned remarks at the same time? Some items can only be printed in NC or CA, which is beyond inefficient. How does California not have a sleeve printing pallet? Do they only wear long sleeves in North Carolina? The markup on the items are insane, a Bella +Canvas shirt should only cost $5 at most per garment, even with markup, meaning they are making $8-$15 + on each order. Charging $23 per shirt on my shop means I am only making $7 or so per order. I sincerely hope another company comes around, because if they are trying to take a market share, the issues will only get worse from here. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The image on the shirt I ordered was completely rotated and off center. I emailed them MANY times and sent photos. They refused me a refund or a new shirt that was properly centered. They claim they do refunds but they resist your claim and down play the issue. After posting my review on Yelp, I was finally given a refund for the shirt. They say they can have human error up to an inch on their part when they send you an item. This is my warning to you because personally I am not confident ordering anymore items from them because of this. If you are interested in quality and properly centered t-shirt printing I would look elsewhere. read more

Printful overall is close to great but my one gripe with them weighs pretty heavy. While I haven't had any issues with their quality, actually i'm extremely impressed with it! Their fulfillment times are maddening, especially when ordering to pick up vs getting it shipped. After 2 times ordering shirts for a photoshoot and both times the fulfillment took over ten days and missing the date needed i've learned my lesson. It's actually much quicker to get it printed, fulfilled and shipped from NC, even though their CA warehouse is a mere 20 minutes from me. Customer service is decent, they are considerate and address issues timely, but i haven't seen anything more than that, it's not a "above and beyond" attitude read more

If there is any review on here that you should read it's this one! I never write bad reviews, but I feel like this one is too important to not share. If you are thinking about using Printful, don't. This is the worst business I have ever ordered from. I placed a sample order for products before opening my new store, and all products were misprinted. I reached out to their 24/7 customer support hoping to come to a solution, and they have ignored me for days and are refusing to reprint or issue a refund. They have printed all my designs slanted, off centered, and completely unlike the mock-ups that were shown. It is very clear that they skip the quality control and only want to take your money, and then will ignore you when you call them out on their mistakes. Don't be fooled! This company offers amazing products and merchandise but they will drain your wallet. Their whole set up gives the very false impression that you could make a good amount of money and even be successful by using the products that they offer to start a business. They don't offer whole sale prices for licensed business owners and their prices are ridiculous. They also charge YOU every time a customer makes a purchase through your store on top of a fulfillment fee that they charge you for each customer purchase. I just started a training business and wanted to order some apparel for our members. I went to printful, thinking this would be the beginning of many orders. We had created several pieces and designs. Placed my first order and was excited to show some appreciation to our founding members. Since printful failed to notify me of the delivery, it ended up being stolen. Printful went to great lengths to blame the carriers and not their faulty system. They also do not cover stolen packages, so they offered nothing in the form of a refund. After speaking to several people their "consolation" was to refund part of the shipping cost. That was more insulting than no refund at all. Clearly they are too big of a company to care about a small business. Even a refund as store credit would have been amazing. That was apparently to much to ask for. Too big to fail or too big to care?? read more

I placed a order for 9 shirts on April 1st. 8/9 of the shirts were printed the very next day on April 2nd. Then somehow from April 2nd-April 9th, they never got around to printing the last remaining shirt. I did the instant chat on the website and was told the hold up on the last shirt was because of a "Garment Error". I feel like if there is a issue, someone should reach out and let me know. It's odd that I have to badge employees in the instant chat for answers on a $230 order. How can you print 8/9 shirts in 1 day, but not the last remaining shirt in my order over the course of 7 days? And Michael D in the instant chat is the worst one of them all. Screwed me out of $230. read more

As an artist for whom print on demand means I can actually sell my art on physical products, Printful has cost me a lot. They're the kind of brand you want to love, but unfortunately, they take no responsibility, as they state in their policies that they do, for their own print mistakes. The main thing that Printful has going for them is their mockup generator. They consistently cost more than similar services (Gooten, Printify) and their shipping rates are higher. Their combined product features are lacking (for example, the ability to offer the same design pillow with an insert and without, fabric/premium options within a single listing). So their mockup generator is where it's at. The problem is, that their mockup generator is so heavily inaccurate to the point of it delivering an unusable product. Print on Demand relies on mockups for design purposes, so when the basic mockup is inaccurate, it means we create an unsellable product. The problem is inflated when they don't stand behind it at all. I mean, they won't even meet me somewhere in the middle to resolve this. They think it's my fault because I should hire their photographers to take photos of my product for me or order a sample of every design I create. It's simply not the point of Print on Demand. I'll be moving all my print on demand products elsewhere, at a huge time expense to me and I strongly regret going with Printful for this. They have compromised my own reputation and are not a partner in producing my line. read more

I'm extremely confused by the negative reviews. I've been working with printful for 2 years and couldn't be happier. My best seller is the leggings. Excellent quality! Every now and again there is an error. Never had a customer who was upset about it. Printful just reshipped a new item. No big deal. It happens rarely so it's not a problem for me. If you have a problem with the price, then do your own dirty work. Sew it yourself and ship it. they get most of the profit cause they do all the work. I design and they make and ship. My part is easy by comparison. Customer service? I've never had a problem there either. My emails are always returned within the day. Or you can chat to them via facebook. Overall... I have a successful business because of them! I don't know how to sew and I certainly don't want to run to the post office and ship goods! read more

Whether you are thinking of starting an Etsy shop to sell beautiful pillow designs, starting your own Shopify store, linking up with Amazon to sell funny t-shirts, I highly recommend using Printful. I wanted to try out their embroidery services and I've ordered some SnapBack hats. They have charged me for the service but it turned out that they can't do the design that I've sent them in any kind of 3D puff, so they can do only just regular embroidery. Well, the regular embroidery is cheaper, so I thought they would give me back the difference. But I never saw any refunds on my card. Then, after waiting a way longer than they tell you, my order finally arrived. I was so disappointed. The quality of the embroidery is awful, the stitching is uneven and pretty rough, the quality of the hat itself isn't good at all - it has a huge logo inside the hat and you can't really do anything with it, you can't rip it off or cut it off. I would not use their services again, I am really disappointed in Printful and unsatisfied with my experience and the way my order came out. read more

Want to start a business through Printful? Bad idea! Here is why. 1. PROFIT MARGINS PRO PRINTFUL When you start to create your shirts, you will notice that their blank shirts are sold for $8 - $16. A two to three hundred percent markup on blanks that should cost your $3-$6 shipped from the manufacturer. 2. LETS MAKE EVEN MORE PROFITS! If you get pass the fact your customers, must pay retail prices. Printful charges additional cost of $2.95 EACH if you wish to print on the back, sleeve, or relabeling the shirts. So on top of the $8 - $16 per shirt, you must pay an additional $2.95 per side. That equates to our business owners taking home a profit of a few dollars and cents. 3. SHIPPING So if you did the math above, an average shirt with a front, back, and relabeled print may cost from $14 - $25. That means we must charge customers $20 - $30 to earn a decent profit. Oh did I mention that Printful does not include shipping prices in their fees. They expect the customer to pay shipping fees on top their outrageous fees. 4. RETURNS You are going to love this! If a customer is displeased with the product or would like to exchange it for another size. It is under the discretion of the business owner to exchange it for them by paying full price on the shirt and cover their shipping costs. Printful only exchanges it if they see it is their fault (which is hardly ever) Dont believe me read other reviews. 5. RELABELING Printful offers a variety of shirt options, but does not offer relabeling on all their shirt blanks and embroidery services. So expect to buy shirts at full retail price with manufacturer labels still on them. Overall, I am pro customer when it comes to quality and prices. The customer is always right, when they are paying retail prices and expect the same type of quality and service they should receive from a top tier brand. If you are looking to just sell your ideas on a shirt blank and make a quick buck then I would recommend Printful. If you are seeking to build a solid legitimate brand, then I would seek local screen printing business that can offer you quality prints and customizations. read more

My name is Nathan Donahoe, CEO of Make Love With Food™ the world's first farmers market fashion and lifestyle brand.. I am an amateur photographer, graphic designer and I use Printful for all of my farmers market fashion and products. I started my company 6 years ago to celebrate and promote the unique culture of the Santa Monica Farmers Market. I had so many farmer, foodie and chef friends; I wanted a clothing line that reflected all the food made with love from our favorite vendors. Initially, launching my company was very difficult because every printer would charge me expensive setup/design fees and require large orders to get even close to a wholesale discount. I tried for 6 months but gave it up because I spent all my money on inventory that took forever to sell instead of marketing. About a year ago I noticed the improvement in the POD industry and found out about Printful. So I started up Make Love With Food™ again. First thing I had to realize is we are in the infancy of the print on demand industry. Remember in 2001 when the IPOD announced it could hold 1,000 songs and how excited everyone was? That is where we are in the timeline right now. I constantly remind myself to be patient, that no matter what company I work with, there will be bugs. After I understood that, I found several key things Printful has that their competitors don't. 1. Unlike other companies who are printing companies who upgraded their technology, Printful is a technology company that got into printing. In fact, they founded the number one social network in Latvia, "Draugiem (dot) lv". They are so successful, that they are opening a new facility in North Carolina to keep up with all the orders. This is important to me because I want a partner who will be on the cutting edge of POD fulfillment for the long term. I can't afford to stick with a company who lags behind. 2. Their customer service is on par with Zappos. I can call, chat, email even TEXT. The reps remember my name and business because their employees stay with them for years. They never get mad even when I obsessively call them because I am stressed about an order. Other companies don't even have a phone number and take a few days to get back by email. Printful looks at every file I print and will put an order on hold if I make a mistake or it won't look good. They have saved me hundreds of dollars by that alone. 3. Their dashboard is EPIC! Not only is it extremely user friendly to print my different products, but they have a progress bar which tracks each product in the production cycle from "Printing, Picking, Packaging". Sometimes I find myself watching it like TV. 4. They have a large range of products and they make it easy to convert my different photoshop files between them. I have never in my life thought I would design avocado leggings for women (surprisingly addictive) but with Printful I can easily convert my t-shirt files. The only negative thing I have to say is that they have too many "inside label only" styles for shirts. I am an outside only label company so many of their shirts are unavailable to me. I hope they change that soon. I hope my review was helpful. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I'll try to respond :) read more

I used Printful for a large company conference (tshirts, hats, stickers, etc.) that we put on. We ended up spending over $10,000 just to give an idea of the volume of products that we purchased. I was happy with the quality of the product. And for a lot of the orders I was satisfied with the fulfillment and shipment speed. However, for the orders that experienced issues, it was (and still is) a nightmare to deal with. My company is international and the attendees for the conference were from all over the world. A large number of attendees are from India. There were issues for MOST of our orders where the recipient was in India. For example, we would submit an order using their bulk order form submission.. the order would submit without any errors or issues. Then later we would get a message that the order was on hold. They would usually say that the address fields were too long for the order. Their customer support would come back and say something like "Address line 1 can only be 50 characters long, address line 2 can only be 40 characters. Address line 1 + 2 + city can be no more than 100 characters." Or sometimes the numbers would change slightly depending on who the support person was. Sometimes "Address line 2" could be no more than 30 characters, etc. The inconsistency in support's responses was frustrating. Also, if my address was too long, WHY WAS IT ACCEPTED WHEN I SUBMITTED THE INITIAL ORDER?? We would have to reach back out to the customer, get them to shorten their address.. then request the hold from the order be removed. Only to be told by the support that the address wasn't able to be confirmed on Google Maps, and to have the customer validate their address in Google maps.. so we would again have to go back to the customer, try to get them to validate their address or drop a pin on their location, etc. Google Maps doesn't have the best coverage for residential addresses in India by the way. Not sure how this is a requirement for shipping an order. I've had to talk to the recipient for orders multiple times before a hold was released, all because Printful couldn't tell me what was required up front. If you need a latitude/longitude coordinates for an order to be shipped, or the address line is too long, or a phone number is required, you should be identifying these things before I even submit the order. If I had an account rep or someone to talk to it might make things better. I might just look elsewhere for the next conference. Printful team, if you're reading this, you're potentially missing out on $20-30k a year because you can't properly support shipments to India. TLDR: When everything works well, Printful is great. Otherwise, dealing with their support is a nightmare. It's been a terrible customer experience. read more

We have been using this service and so far, every order that has been placed through them, there has been an issue. Items not turning up and orders not being fulfilled. TERRIBLE, and VERY shiesty Customer Service on the back of SUB-Par PRODUCTS. Ugh. The company prints on-demand shirts and such, and I've done thousands of dollars in business. The ONE, literally ONE time I've actually taken to contacting customer service, they dodged my inquiry. Blamed me for their mistakes, and dismissed my request. I'll let you decide. They offer "Allover" printing services. It means what it sounds like, you have a design you want printed ALL OVER your shirt. They provide a template, you use that template to design your shirt, then pay A LOT to get it printed. In this case, about $30 for a single t-shirt. Well, they're "Allover Print Template" (which they require you to use) was wrong, and my shirt came out looking ridiculous because most of the artwork was not on the actual shirt that was sent to me (a sample). I contacted customer service and they very politely told me, "too bad, the template is just a lose approximation of what the shirt will look like, no refunds." I asked, "Well then, why have the TEMPLATE if it's not accurate?" I got more nonsense from the "Customer Hero" (no BS, that's their exact title), and at that point I said, Cool, I'll just leave a helpful YELP for the next person. If you can find ANY OTHER service, you should do so. This one is not the greatest, and their dodgy way of getting out of their basic responsibility to service their clients is deplorable. read more

For anyone trying to get their own shirt project going, sourcing a reliable printing company is key. I read some good things about these guys and they appeared to have a large and thriving operation to help me sample some tank shirts for my newly created company. I only requested 5 white tanks with my logo on them to test quality etc. and thank goodness that was all. Each shirt was printed incorrectly. Placement and sizing was terrible! No QC done at all, and if it had been completed their team must be wearing drunk goggles. The only credit I will give them is that the coloring came out fine. If I had used drop-shipping with my Shopify store with this poor level of printing I would have lost customers. Not sure where the disconnect happened internally but I recommend looking at another local source before spending your hard earned money with this somewhat overrated business. I appreciated the refund but my time is more important, and the fact I waited two weeks for what I received is where I have to share this story with others so that you don't waste anyone else's time. I think the quality of the print is good but the merchandise is expensive. The mockups need so much improvement, ESPECIALLY when it comes to black women. Colorism abounds! Printful is the backbone of our community merchandise offering and we love them! Being a small business, we can not afford large stocks of products for our community members to choose from. We need to be precise in our ordering and still give a large selection of options to each and every member. Printful's approach to product concepting and delivery is perfect for this. It keeps our designers delivering new and innovative merchandise options for our community. Incurring costs only when an item picks up steam and members place their orders. A fantastic service! read more

So far I've ordered 2 shirts and they seem to be okay... definitely has a bit of an off-odor to them though... Other than that I really don't have a problem so far... except the (extra) fees I didn't realize was going to add up to quite a bit by time its all said and done... But, whhyyyy did they take the mock up photo of JUST the t-shirts away... I don't want to use the dude model for my t-shirts... I want JUST the t-shirt... I know it doesnt seem like a big deal.. but it's a big deal to me! Bring back the shirt mockup without the model! read more

I was going to use this company out because I had heard good things but was so turned off by the rude and extremely poorly educated customer service that I was like no thanks. I had to tell them to quit emailing me about an issue with a print I was doing, the woman was almost harassing in intent to try and prove that she was right when she was talking about something she clearly knew nothing about. Customer service is everything, Printful sucks in this area for sure. I'm glad I didn't bother going any further with them I can only imagine what would happen if there had been an issue with an order. read more

I'm done with them. I have always had issues, but always the convenience and availability of shirts has always won me over. Yes, they carry a wide assortment of shirt styles and brands which are great, and the ability to easily create one-off's and small runs with a lot of options is brilliant. That said, print quality, QC, and production have A LOT to be desired. A few years ago, I did a huge run. I literally went to their headquarters to pick up the order. 1 out of 5 shirts had something a little off. There were about 3 shirts that the main printing was either totally off or the inside tags were double printed or placed really poorly. Speaking of inside tags, if you accidentally label the wrong country on that tag, they'll flag it and put your order on hold and not tell you. Also, the importance they put on those labels is a little asinine. Tell me the last time printed inside labels were more than the size and more than just a design element for the shirt artist?! Also, speaking of that order, now about 2 years in those prints are not holding up. They started as extremely vibrant but they've either started to peel or melt and fade. It's pretty pathetic. Lastly, my friend did a recent order of a few shirts with small typography going across the chest. They screwed that up, it's both peeling and misaligned. Sorry Printful I will not be coming back, and I'll be letting all my friends know to avoid your company. read more
