Eric, maybe people would communicate better if you didn't belittle them. While we were late to service you on the day of your appointment, there was also a major snow storm going on and the safety of our people is paramount. When I pointed that out to you, you responded, "they should get their asses up earlier", along with a number of other things questioning their intelligence. Based on the temperament you expressed on the phone, why did you wait until after we serviced you to put up a fuss? From an ethical standpoint, allowing us to perform our service then refuse to pay your bill is just plain wrong. Then there's the way you talked to my wife on the phone --- very belligerent. Your mom should be ashamed of you. I know I was brought up better than that. In the 30 years I've been in business, I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more disrespectful individual than you. We have cleaned your carpet a number of times in the past with you always very happy our service. We have thousands of satisfied customers who treat us with respect and we don't have to deal with someone of your temperament. read more
