Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.

They ring the buzzer (which rings 3 times ) then just as you are about to pick it up....it stops , and away goes UPS.... I was eagerly waiting with my UPS tracking screen on and my paranoia vision TV Security channel on. Nothing ... I had called UPS to ask that they send a message to the driver, that if there was no response to the buzzer, to please call me. I would go down. Imagine my surprise, when after wasting my entire day waiting around- that the status had changed online to Delivery Attempt - No answer! They had not even tried to ring buzzer or call me.
