I put repeated holds over that last years and all of a sudden I was told my sub expired!?? But the reps I spoke to every 2 months told me I had extended my sub into the future! (I had about 9 months left of my year sub.) Dow Jones, will not budge. They are claiming all sorts of stuff that I didn't subscribe to (digital enhancements?!?) So they claim by sub is done. The reps I talked to every 2 months said otherwise. Shame on you for ending my legitimate, 9 month, subscription to the WSJ. EVERY rep confirmed my sub every 2 months when I called and asked about it! Obviously Dow Jones does not stand behind what their employees tell their customers! BUYER BEWARE! HORRIBLE, SLEAZY company that doesn't stand behind their product?!? (And seriously, how hard would it be to continue my subscription that I SHOULD still have?!? Easy to appease the customer IMHO!) I have already told over 100 people this story. Hopefully they will reconsider any involvement w/ this company!!! ZERO STARS!

My mind can't wrap around high finance. I like to take a look at the magazine when I'm at the newsstand. When I think about the Wall Street Journal Newspaper I envision men in suits riding the train to and from their office. Just because I don't subscribe doesn't mean I don't pay attention to the current financial news they're reporting. I can narrow down the articles according to my interest by reading online. There's lots of editions some of which are specific to your location. It's also available in Japanese and Chinese. I'm recommending you read it and form your own opinion.
