Without an appointment...after waiting just a few minutes...Tom the owner helped me get back on the road within an hour. He was clearly busy...but he recognized I was in a jam. That's not even the best part of the story...he not only fixed my flat, but he spent the time coaching me on how/where to get the tire fixed permanently without getting ripped-off. I check-out after he's done...won't take a $100. "We don't do business that way." I was ecstatic...and then he charged a fraction of what he deserved! I called the next day for rates saying I wanted to shop around and the rude man who answered the phone said $250 would be the price, but he refuse to lay out how he arrived at that number. Regardless, that is still too high a price. Our father just passed away, and having the car break down on the trip home was harder to handle than it would have been under ordinary circumstances. I guess I should be glad that he didn't try to tack on a card fee after taking advantage of how upset my brother was, but $50 a mile is a ludicrous price. Avoid this rip-off artist at all costs!

We found ourselves in a rut after stopping for a pit stop at the Limestone rest area. We were in need of a big rig garage and we found it. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
