Finally got in touch with someone in July. They sold my things in May. Said the emailed me, texted me, called me, even used USPS. I never got any notification of sell. And I was watching for emai or text so I would have info to pay as I could catch no one in office. So do not trust as you will probably lose your things.

When a unit was available she contacted me and we moved our stuff in. The property is well maintained and clean. There is a 24 hour security gate and cameras. There is a very easy online payment. But this is why it gets five stars, the customer service went far beyond. Not only was the owner professional and friendly, knowing we were new to the area she was helpful with local information. She found out we were looking for a welder and she helped us with a recommendation. I also contacted her about a contractor and she had no problem with providing information.

Respond to my review blaming me and my family for not being move ready, and having to move in 3.5 hours. They then spent two days damaging stuff, harrassing me and my family, and saying bad things about us to the people that moved into our house. They also talked about us in the letter, detailing everything about our personal lives, embellishing where they thought it necessary, blatently lying in other places. It is right here in their response. They are blaming us for the problem, lying about moving in 3.5 hours instead of 2 days, and they left whatever they decided on leaving to be thrown away.
