I came in for an eyelash lift and tint and left extremely disappointed. I was there for about 2 hours, which is double the time I was expecting to be there. When I called to make my app I asked how long the process took and the lady said about an hour. Halfway through the process my eye started to burn very bad, I had tears running down my face. I told the lady and she removed whatever was burning my eye and not once did I complain or make her feel uncomfortable for her poor service. Once she was finally done I saw my curly fries eyelashes and wanted to cry. I started pushing my lashes down to hopefully make the "O" shape curl go down. I had asked her for a natural curl and there was nothing natural about my lashes. My left lash had a crinkled inner corner. I asked her what that was and she said to just brush them. She noticed that I was starting to panic and she called another lady over and I asked her what this was. She said she was sorry, but the girl that did my lashes didn't really know how to do a lift, so that is why they were like that. I then asked her why would they have her do a lift if she doesn't really know how, her response was that they were busy. At this point, I told her I was sorry but I was not going to pay for the horrible service I received. She then called the owner to let her know I wasn't going to pay. The owner wasn't speaking to me so I didn't know what they were saying, but she wanted me to have someone else "fix" them. At that point there was no way I was going to let them touch my lashes again. They kept insisting that I had to pay, but I could come back for a fix. Not once did the owner apologize for the horrible service that her salon provided, she was very rude over the phone. Not once did I say a bad word or raise my voice to any of them. She clearly doesn't care about customers experience and just wants to get paid. Please don't come here for a lash lift, unless you want lashes that look like pubic hair. They are inexperienced and incapable of providing such service! read more

This is my second time getting it done at princess lash and I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten the past two years. It has made my make up routine so much easier on. All I have to do is add my favorite lip balm and my lips are picture perfect. It last about 1 to 2 years and is a permanent lip tint. It can be a little bit painful and for someone like myself who has zero pain tolerance as long as you ask them to add the numbing cream whenever it starts to sting your good to go. read more
