The assistant director never registered my child's medical information in the system so no one at the daycare was aware of the child's medication being available for them. Staff and leadership were dismissive and lacking professionalism. Most incidents were never reported or documented leading to a lack of transparency and accountability.

Apparently the class is too large that their staff cannot stop or prevent 3 year olds from straying outside. They exercised zero patience for a 3 year old autistic child and kicked him out. I will be filing a discrimination complaint with the proper authorities because I feel like the poor kid is being discriminated against for his disability. So buyer beware.

The school does what they call "transition days" I was explained it was 2 hours long for 2 days. Day 1, I take him and as expected we are both anxious I was worried the whole time expecting my son was high stressed, to my surprise I picked him up an hour later as instructed, and he was playing with the toys and engaging with his teacher, not crying not crying or fussing. He is two and as they explained he is already ahead of their curriculum but we have struggled with the social aspect. She then implied to that ny two year old may have ASD or ADHD based on a single hour long interaction because he wasn't responding to His name for her. After ONE time around his for less than 2 hours. She said she didn't know if it would be a good fit after that 1 time. However, She suggested we try him in the class for two year old rather than the 3 year old Class he was in so he didn't regress. Her verbiage and response to My toddler naturally rubbed me the wrong way so I shopped around and prayed on it. I decided to entertain her theory of the toddler 2 class despite her obvious frustrations, since the directors were not the teachers. After taking him for the 2nd time I was immediately greeted with an eerie smile showing their clear discomfort that I was back with my toddler. She told me he couldn't eat the breakfast I brought although their rules are to provide their meals she wouldn't let me say bye and the later told me it won't be a good fit based on atom of contradicting statements. Just like most parents my baby is my world to be mistreated or given up on after a max of 2 hours total is disheartening. All children are not accustomed to childcare or exposed to other children. The behavior for Middle Aged women who are running a facility for out kids was disgusting. I want my son to be in a nurturing environment where he is given grace and patience rather than one of hostility and hopelessness for his future.

We quickly switched to Goddard and he was a completely different child. He was happy to go to school. He loved his teacher and all the other staff there. Unfortunately, with Covid, we took a hiatus for a few months with all the uncertainty. We are happy to report that we are back and still loving it here. I feel safe having my son go to school here. They have been keeping up with the Covid standards and test all their employees monthly. Everyone who enters the building and goes beyond the lobby receives a temperature screening and the children are reminded to wash their hands constantly. I am very pleased and will continue to have my child go to school here as long as possible.

I searched high and low for options that would be able to accommodate my three children, and honestly this was not my first choice initially only because of the direction (I was used to going toward 99 not back toward Rayford). I'm so glad I took a chance on this place anyway, because it is wonderful! My children are not morning people but they wake up excited and are happy to go to school! The campus is much smaller than our last and it feels more intimate and is much more friendly. During my tour, several kiddos came out of their classes to hug the staff member giving me the tour (a genuine response that I'll admit sealed the deal for me) and everyone is friendly and happy. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the curriculum and the staff, and they have different billing options too! There is a great play room in the center that encourages imagination and is just so cute. Their outdoor area is fully fenced with alarms, and has a covered area, and they even have a splash pad that the kids get to use in the summer. There are no live cameras, but in my experience facilities with live cameras have less friendly staff. (Is it just me that has noticed this?) They do have an app where I have been sent so many photos and details through out the day. So many photos in one day alone - more than I ever received for an entire month at the last place! All the kids seem happy and are smiling and there's a lot of diversity among the students. Happy staff = happy kids The facility is also in a safe area that backs to private residences and is in walking distance of a pediatric dentist. Traffic isn't terrible getting to or leaving from the school. I am so glad we made the switch and I highly recommend this center. Due to Covid, kiddos have their temps taken daily at entry, and parents aren't allowed in. This is expected to change, but who knows when that will be. For now, even though there is sometimes a slight wait to have the screening done in the morning, it's not bad at all and you can tell the staff is trying to be as efficient as possible.
