First among the issues was when the switch wasted to Central Valley insurance Group. They didn't properly handle the change in homeowners insurance so I was left holding the bag because they didn't spend the proper amount of time to deal with my bank for the paperwork. There were many hours that I was forced to spend making the changes take effect because they didn't handle this very basic function correctly. If that wasn't enough, when the insurance company required additional paperwork they didn't notify me and caused me to panic in order to answer the insurance companies request. This didn't happen once but twice. Furthermore they didn't even send information to me but they didn't even send important paperwork to my property anger who handles these issues. Firing this agency is going to be a pleasure. They haven't done a decent job for me and have caused me nothing but frustration this year. Adios Muchachos!!!
