His office recently reached out to me to come in and review all my coverages. Christina L went over my coverage(s) with me in detail and answered my questions fully. The meeting was relaxed, informative and comprehensive. Given this and the fact that all past claims have been handled quickly and efficiently will lead me to recommend Brad Boards's agency to family and friends in the future.

Minus 1-Star for Udi's inability to handle simple policy changes. Time after time! Minus 1-Star for Elva's complete incompetence. She placed someone else's vehicle on my account and charged my CC. It took a small act of God to straighten that one out. The other car owner lost their multi-line discount due to this office moving the car policy from their account to my account. Minus 1-Star for Brad Board's lack of follow up on multiple error's by his staff. Like Biden Brad doesn't accept responsibility. I allowed 1-Star for State Farm's multi-line discount. I guess if this office couldn't screw this up. Time will tell.

When I spoke with Mr Kemp to express my concerns, he explained that the office was no longer going to be all things to all people...they just didn't have the manpower; there were online options for quotes if I wanted to do business that way or I could make an appointment and they would devote time to my needs. I appreciated Mr Kemp's candor and have been impressed with the directional change of the office. I get time to discuss my issues. I receive email follow-ups to make sure everything is the way I want it. I recently added a new (teen) driver to the policy and Mr Kemp made sure I had all the class info to get the teen driver discount. I'm happy to say I'm glad I stayed and appreciate the focus I receive when I have an issue.
