DO NOT GO HERE FOR DMV SERVICES GO TO Mas Auto Center 1442 S Blackstone St Tulare, CA 93274…read more I went to Fiesta Auto Insurance & Tax Service to transfer a car I bought in Visalia. The reason I chose them is it was where the guy I bought the car from wanted to go. I had checked with Mas Auto Center ahead of time and their Fee for the transfer service was $75. So I assumed this place would be about the same. I asked no less than 4 times how much they charged for the and she said she (Selina) could not tell me it was calculated by the computer. I would have left because of this but the prior owner was with me. So I let her do her thing the total was $498. I thought that was a little much but it was with in what I had budgeted for the car and I did not want start over some where else so I sucked it up. She folded up the recite and I did not look at it until the next day. I was not going to leave a review but decided I should.
