We had our car towed to Caliber Collisin (Roseville Location) after a tree limb fell on it smashing the windshield, the hood and scratching most of the car. Oh this was a big job and on top of that it was a convertible Porsche. Before calling Caliber Collision, we called several other shops and they were intimidated by working on a Porsche. However, Steve and his team didn't even hesitate! The car was fixed properly and it looked brand new when we got it back! I didn't want to raise my premium and it was totally my fault and I thought it was relatively minor(I could still drive it), so didn't want to use insurance-- but 2 other places would only give an estimate for restoring to pre-accident condition that came out to 3x cost I was expecting! George's was the only place of 4 I got estimates that could immediately produce an estimate of a third of that cost by leaving out non-essentials to just make it safe (I don't care what it looks like!) they got it done a day early and were completely courteous, matter of fact, explained things clearly, answered all my questions, very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

The plastic cover under his car came loose with time and when my son called back to schedule an appointment the owner Steve was very rude and told him that he doesn't have time (for something that small). He hung up on my son twice. I am very very shocked. I guess some people only are nice when the repair is over a certain dollar amount. My son is 18 yrs old and works hard for his money. Sloppy poor quality work , ordered incorrect parts , wrong parts took a month to order base replacement parts and to top it off gave me back my 2024 F-350 with and 1/8 of sanding dust over my entire interior . When they removed my back seat for repairs they never put put my jack back so now I'm out of luck if I get a flat tire .You would be better off doing repairs yourself even if you didn't know what you were doing
