Filed a dispute because the merchant we paid only shipped half (4 of 8) shorts we ordered. We…read moreordered in Jan and we received 4 shorts in Feb. We emailed the merchant for 3 months about the remainder of the order to no avail. We filed a dispute with NF. We sent proof where the merchant clearly apologizes and acknowledges (in April) that they still didn't fulfill the order (see attachment). Easy decision right? Wrong! NF said the merchant, yes the merchant makes the final decision if the dispute is approved or denied and since the merchant sent 4 of the 8 shorts, they denied the claim and get to keep the money for the 4 shorts we did not receive. This makes zero sense. Do yourself a favor and don't bank with them. The people there are incompetent and they care nothing about their members. Midflorida Credit Union is much better.

I will admit, they are out of the way for us to get to a branch on a regular basis, but usually we just use the mobile banking app. This particular trip over was to deposit cash. The last time I was there, the ATM wasn't taking cash deposits, so I drove up to the teller. She was quick, and I was on my way back home in a matter of minutes. Another thing I really appreciate about this bank would be its Fraud department. They have always been quick to call and verify weird looking transactions, and have often caught things before I've had a chance to catch them myself.
