She is taken on daily "walks" in her wheel chair around the quiet neighborhood where she can interact with her neighbors. While her daily routine varies because of visits from the palliative care nurse, therapist, and visits from family and friends; she is kept mentally stimulated and as active as her condition allows. Prior to visiting Coyote Hills, I and my ex-wife toured many assisted care living facilities including the "big-box" care facilities and other board and care. It was an easy decision, and my initial feelings and thoughts about Coyote Hills care were accurate. The staffing at Coyote hills are professional, courteous, and friendly. The atmosphere is very open, clean, and welcoming. Coyote Hills staff communicates openly and freely of any issues which may arise, and I have had the opportunity to communicate with local health care professionals at different levels and all have expressed positive statements regarding Coyote Hills Senior care.
