For years I had been seeking almost weekly treatment from general chiropractors for recurring knee, ankle and hip alignment/pain issues. They'd make the pain stop for 3-5 days but then my issues would always come back. Julie's approach was completely different and included all kinds of stuff I have never tried before including body "check -in" exercises and specific routines of simple stretches that didn't seem like much - initially. A few minutes a day, a couple of times a week and I was feeling great again. There was no chakra incense woo-woo nonsense here, despite the spa-like vibe of her clinic. This was legitimate, body science, brain hacking and sports medicine which was backed by her 20+ years of experience fixing bodies. I was fortunate enough to take her class just before quarantine hit, it was expensive but so worth it. Working the customized self-awareness and flexibility exercises I learned from the class, I was able to go 7+ weeks now without pain or any other treatment. Best money I have ever spent. When you are done with being in pain all the time go see her and you won't regret it.
