I'm happy I called! Janet replied within minutes and immediately scheduled a time to come do measurements the next day. Giovanny and Janet both showed up and immediately Giovanny took his measurements, then he and Janet discussed, and they gave me an overview of what the job consist of along with suggestions. I had an estimate emailed to me later that night and I felt the price was very fair for the amount of work I had. Once they left, my mother and I had a very good feeling about them. 5 days later Giovanny started working on my shower and bathroom floors. Over the course of the next 4 days all I saw was respect, professionalism, knowledge of workmanship, and a master at his craft. Giovanny was extremely respectful of us working from home and kids going to school virtually. He made sure the room he was working in was covered in plastic as to protect anything from getting any dust on it. Giovanny was there early and left late during his time re-tiling. He shows up to work and pays very close attention to all details. He takes pride in his work and it certainly reflects in the finished product. I have absolutely no complaints about anything. You will not regret hiring Isaias Flooring for your flooring or tile project. My bathroom looks like it came out of HDTV after he was done with it. It was a pleasure getting to know him personally, watching him work and I will be reaping the results of a great retiled shower and bathroom. Janet and Giovanny answered all my questions without hesitation and there were no blurry lines. Very accommodating. I am having them come back to do the 2nd bathroom. Isaias Flooring is 5 stars and I've already recommended to a handful of friends.

After doing a little research and finding good reviews on Miami Construction Brokers I decided to give them a call. The owner Mike picked up as soon as I called, he scheduled the estimate and showed up on time. He told me our 3,500 sqft flooring with new baseboards would be completed in 5 days. I did not think this was possible as we have a two story home and the floor upstairs had to be removed as well as the old base boards. After meeting with two other flooring companies, I decided to hire Mike because he really went out of his way to answer all my questions and was available every time I called him. He made the entire process very stress free which is super important when undergoing any renovations in a home. I mentally prepared myself for the job to be completed in two weeks but to my surprise Mike came through with his word and my entire two story home had new floors and baseboards in 5days. His crew did an amazing job, we are beyond happy with the renovations of our floors. If you are on the fence between flooring companies or contractors I can guarantee that Mike and his team will not disappoint. Thank you Mike, you did an Excellent job and exceeded our expectations.
