exercise? I thought you said extra fries! Pretty nice experience, although I felt as if people were looking at me weirdly, probably because I'm like 300 pounds. But so far I've lost 40 pounds! read more

Dropped in while in town for the holidays, will definitely go back now that I know it's there. Coaches were helpful and super friendly. For me as a female, it is intimidating to drop in to a new box alone and they made me feel right at home. Wished I could have gone more during my stay. Thanks for a great workout! read more

Dropped in while in town for work. Fun box and great people. Very inviting and welcoming to out of towners. Made for 12 days of Christmas (morning edition- no beer at the end). Don't hesitate to stop in here. One note, there is an aerobics location to the right when facing the building...don;t go in there if looking for crossfit! (kidding, they were nice and just pointed me next door). read more

A few grandmas there but this is aimed for the people who, like myself, are dedicated and want that hardcore environment. They've got an area for powerlifting, they've got an area for calisthenics in the backs. It's your typical "juice head gym" BUT I LOVE IT I liked this place a lot but there are a few issues I feel for the equipment they have, the place is crammed. The water fountain never works, the bathrooms are always a mess, it's unfortunate. Equipment breaks and seems to be broken for months until it gets fixed. Amazing equipment they already have seems to be replaced by newer things that just don't work as good. And the old? It disappears.
