If I could leave negative stars for this business I would. 2 days ago I took my granddaughter to get a checkup. On the way out they made another appointment for 2 days later for fillings. They wrote out a card and I entered the appointment in my calendar. Showed up this morning and they said there was no appointment for her. It's obvious to me they they forgot to enter into their database. Totally not acceptable! Got a half hearted apology (oh, sorry) and they gave her another appointment which I immediately cancelled. Will not be going back to this place. Unacceptable treatment. My time and gas are valuable too. read more

I am the worst patient when it comes to dentists. From my very first visit to Prime Dental I have been so comfortable and relaxed which has never happened before. I would give this place zero stars but 1 is the lowest we have. I went here for wisdom tooth pain. The dentist who came in to assist me was immediately rude. I felt I was a burden for coming in at all... even though this is the profession they chose..... I explained what was happening and how much pain I was in. He told me I had an infection and a failed root canal. I asked if he could give me meds, pull it, and just asked in general where is the infection..... He stated NO (that was all) no other options and I had to ASK for a referral, which I denied anyway because if your office is that horrid why would I want to be referred to any place you have to offer. I was sent out within 5 minutes of me sitting in the chair still in excruciating pain. The office I had the root canal done is far from me as I moved. I still called them to see if I drove there if they could help me and they were mortified by how I was treated. I am so absolutely disgusted with how unprofessional this office was. The techs and receptionists were the only ones keeping me from loosing it. I don't care how high up anyone thinks they are, your a dentist....I've worked in healthcare for a while and with doctors who I have never seen be that way towards any patient EVER. Come down off your high horse and let me advise you should take care of anyone that even gives you business because I could bet my life that you'll all be finding a new place to work with all the shitty reviews and unprofessional attitudes your dentists have. read more

Writing an experience on behalf of my sister in law, who is currently battling cancer. She needs a couple of teeth pulled and cannot continue cancer treatment until they are pulled. This office took X-rays and said they could do the procedure. My sister in law goes back for the procedure, is getting prepped in the chair, and the dentist comes in and says he can't do it, won't answer questions as to why, and walks away. Then, this asshole has the audacity to say "you need an oral surgeon and good luck finding one who takes mass health". If you want a decent human being as your dentist stay far away from this place. This man obviously has no class and is downright a disgusting human being. read more

There will be no communication from this dentist office, ever. They will never reach out to you about results of anything. You will need to fight for any information, every single time. If they say they will call you back in a week, never believe them. They will not call. Good luck if you need to go here long term, you will need it. read more

Review pertaining to my father's experience here. Like the majority of people coming here he has MassHealth. He goes in an has regular routine with X-Rays,Hands on look by dentist , recommended course of action according to what your health insurance covers. They get my father prepped in the chair with the 'bib' & explain to him APPARENTLY he has to extract EVERY SINGLE.TOOTH(besides the 4 top front ones which turned into 4 rootcanals)... But they tell him 'it's all going to be fine' cause they'll just put upper & lower partials that clip to the 4 front teeth . He asked them THREE times if he was covered they told him yes ! He asked if they were POSITIVE cause he made it clear if he wasn't covered for the partials idea then he didn't want to have no teeth. They confirmed got defensive saying stop worrying basically. As time goes on they definitely did extract ALLL those teeth they had discussed & told him face to face come back at certain date to check on the healing process of his gums. Once the gums heal we will do the partials. (Yet another lie) When he followed up with them they changed the story and said he was no longer covered. When my father got UNDERSTANDABLE upset cause now hes stuck with NO(or only 4 front) teeth...they told him he'll have to find somewhere else to complete any work. And IF he wanted he could give them the full amount for the partials. He asks how much & the man told him a RIDICULOUS out of pocket amount...here he is couple months later STILL no teeth ... poor guy.. it sucks to be hungry but CANNOT eat ..@ the end of the day THEIR #1 CONCERN IS YOUR INSURANCE $$$$$ .... I asked for something simple, a print out of what the plan is and how much it's going to cost me. It took me three times to get what I was asking for a very rinky-dink set up. Communication is horrible with the staff and patience as well as the communication they have with each other. The Facility is not clean and you truly feel like you're in a Cattlecall there. This is the worst dentist. If your planning on getting braces here please be aware that they only have a orthodontist there 1 a month. So if your bracket breaks or your getting cut they will just remove the brackets. It's the most bizarre thing. Now my braces will take even longer to do it's job and to fix anything you have to wait a whole month. I've had to cuss them out multiple times due to their stupidity and behavior. I have been going to Prime Dental for at least 10 years now and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Dr. Han is my absolute favorite Dentist ever! He is kind and gentle and is a master at his craft. He has given me back the smile I used to have in my 30's! The staff is polite and professional and they always have a welcoming smile. The ability to get appointments quickly is great especially in an emergency situation. If you want the best dentist in this area I highly recommend Dr. Han!!! read more

In wareham They recommended a number of unnecessary, expensive, painful, and ineffective procedures for my young son. I got a second opinion by a good orthodontist in the area and he was horrified. not only were they completely wrong and most likely lying about needing it, but it was also the worst possible way of trying to correct the problem. So basically they have no qualms about lying to you and and hurting a child for money, and Unfortunately some of the work had already been started so I didn't save my son from all of it, but hopefully this review can spare another child from having his teeth ripped out so some low life can put put a little more money in his bank account. I could hear them recommending similar things to other patients around us too, so I don't think it was a simple mistake. It's like they were just trying to fill a sales quota or something. Don't go here!!! It's worth driving a little further for a more honest, competent experience. read more

This dentist is so, so rude. He seems to be the only rude person here. The other staff are very friendly. He wanted to extract ALL of my teeth and acted paranoid that I was going to sue him should complications arise. I only had three teeth that needed to come out, but he kept insisting that they all needed to go. No talk of dentures, just remove the teeth. Honestly I felt like I was in a POW camp. read more

This place is the most horrible disgusting dental I have ever been to. I was treated there and to make a long story short.....I ended up with a major infection that went to the middle of my palate. I had to get an implant which has cost me over 8, 000 dollars including the crown. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT in that place again. read more

I had 8 teeth out today by Dr Lee!He was awesome and my dentures were beautiful!I recommend this place

The staff is very friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. Very gentle and address the issues of concern in a timely manner.
