The front desk ladies are wonderful. Especially Lynn! Lynn worked with my dentist office to ensure I got the care i needed. The doctors and the rest of the staff in the back are great. The whole process probably took like 30-45 mins. They had me laying down in the back to allow me the needed time to wake up. Karly was more than helpful and made sure my wife and I got into the uber safely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They quoted me a little cheaper than my dentist office did which was great! I was worried about going to a new place and because I saw a couple one star reviews but most regarding the front desk. At my consultation, they guided me through every concern I had, answering all of my questions with clear, concise replies. On the day of my surgery, they got me in the chair, prepped me for my procedure and then, like I snapped my fingers, I was in the recovery room. I asked my friend, who was giving me a ride home, when they were going to start the surgery, and he laughed, saying it was over. I had concerns regarding pain during my recovery, but the staff took care of me and my recovery was easy and virtually painless. If you need an extraction done, go to South Shore Oral Surgery; they are patient, kind, and understanding about the worries of their patients. Just be honest with them and don't be afraid to ask questions.
