I never received an invoice for the second visit, so I called a couple times to see what the charge was. Finally received the invoice in May. It was another $265!! I called to discuss the charges and explain that it was never fixed the first time and was talked down to repeatedly by the rude manager. He said, "what so you think you're a furnace expert?!?"
