The guy doing my IV, i think his name was Gabe, was very nice, seeing that I was nervous. When I woke up, I was taken care of well and taken in a wheelchair to my car. The next week at my checkup appointment, we were seen very promptly and the doctors were very understanding about any worries and questions. Everyone was super friendly and even lowkey making jokes so it was a super chill and informative visit. [[SIDENOTE: the inside looks like the backrooms if you know what I mean. If you're picking up what I'm putting down (as some may say) the office's overall theme is like a liminal space. Like I mean in another universe it was probably abandoned 20 years ago, but don't let that get to your head. I was going to demote to one star, but the place is just too good so it stays at 5 stars!!]] Overall, throughout my experience here I was given comfortable, understanding and personal treatment. Definitely recommend if you need an oral surgery! xx

I called the number listed on my insurance card to set up an appointment with Dr. Olson. The office sent me a text and email reminder and I received an early check-in text. When you enter the building, you are screened by the receptionist and then she directs you to the correct MD office since there are 3 other offices within the building. After entering my doctor's office, you check-in with the receptionist there. My appointment was at 10:30 with an arrival time of 10:15. Dr. Olson got to my exam room just before 11:00. She did a very thorough screening and exam. She ordered some blood work. My exam was done in about 45 minutes. Dr. Olson was very professional and caring. What I love about this office building is the lab office is just down the hall. And since I was fasting, it was the perfect timing to get my blood drawn. I had made it just in time to get my blood drawn because they close the lab at about 11:50am for lunch. The phlebotomist was really nice and it was a painless blood draw. I'm glad I was referred to this office and had such a great experience.

The Modern Medicine Group is the opposite of my previous care provider in every way.
