Getting appointments with the practice has been notably smooth throughout my time with them; the staff is willing to work with you based on your needs and clinician availability. I've also enjoyed seeing a few of the other practice members (eg Benitez, Berg, Rodriguez), each of whom is thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. The use of the Healow medical app as a portal, and their fully integrated connectivity to electronic medical record systems, has given me peace of mind that all my instances of care are suitably connected in one place. It's also convenient to be able to head downstairs for a quick and easy blood draw when required - and again, clear results are available in the app shortly thereafter. I've also noticed the patient set is younger than it used to be - not just geriatrics anymore.
