Great place to shop, had everything in my size, good value for money and the lady on the tills was really friendly. I'll definitely be back.

I really dislike this store. It is never tidy and there always seem to be so many people standing around doing nothing so I don't understand why they don't tidy. On top of that they're really rude. The shop is cheap but the quality of the clothes isn't great and the customer service is awful! read more

Love primark, cheap clothes! Always affordable and lovely stuff there. There is a section for everything, pyjamas, underwear, casual, dresses, suits etc. The sales there are good although be aware if you go on Saturdays as this is the day most people are off work and the kids are off school and loads of people decide to do their shopping. This is when there are clothes on the floor, people standing around doing nothing, babies crying, queues are long and the changing room queues are long (for the women, not so much men) but other than these busy Saturdays Primark is an excellent place to shop. read more

Primark's old Swansea store was small, cramped and made my brother throw a tantrum every time the word was mentioned. Since moving to be more central to everyone else, they've gained a bigger and brighter store and whilst elbowing still takes place, it's very minimal now compared to how it was before! read more

I completely agree with Soniav's review. There are always clothes on the floor. Why is that? There are hundreds of staff, but they seem more concerned with chatting to their friends than trying to put order on the choas that is Primark in Swansea. I realise it's bargain heaven, but honestly, they'd sell more if you could find the goodies! I've stopped bothering to go in now - the long queues for the changing room, queues for the tills and queues to get to the most popular rails just aren't worth it. read more

Having only visited this Primark store for the first time at the beginning of December I was very surprised as too how cheaply you could buy items here. This store is large and set over a few floors and is in the middle of the town centre just outside the quadrant shopping centre. They stock everything from homewares to childrens clothes all at very low prices (of course some believe questionably low) I have not thus far had a problem with any of my purchases from here, none have shrunk after washing and seem to be wearing well despite their low price tag. Childrens tops and trousers retail around £3 to £5, childrens underwear around £3 for six pairs. Taking this into consideration the store is always massively busy and you will have to que to make your purchase. read more

Cheap as chips. The womens section is far larger than the Mens section, but in a female dominated industry, who can really expect anything different. The shop is usually a mess, as people just throw things everywhere. The staff are pretty robotic, but that's due to having such large numbers of customers queing. read more

I disagree with some of the previous reviews, yes it might not be as tidy as some trendier clothes shops, but the prices are far cheaper and the sheer amount of stock is also much larger. There are always plenty of checkouts open when I've been there and if you have to queue, then it's only because the store is so popular. Some things are not great quality, but many things I have bought there are as good as many other places that charge 5 times as much. I wouldn't expect the same shopping experience in Burger King as I would a fancy restaurant and that is how I see Primark. I just see it as a good store to get a bargain. read more

This shop sells a great selection of clothes, shoes, jewellery and underwear, along with bags, and many other things. Prices are low, but it is always busy here and I wouldn't recommend going on a weekend. I find that this store in particular is not as updated with the newest stuff as the store in Cardiff although this can be good if you were looking for something from last season, as they might have it here. read more

Never been one to go in here all that often but recently went in and found the clothes were actually quite nice as well as pleasantly cheap. There's quite a lot to choose from and the clothing isn't so in-your-face as the other items in other stores often appear to me. It isn't really all that nice an atmosphere in here, a bit crowded and a bit a dark, but it's not all that bad either and it's okay for going in and having a quick browse. The clothes seem to be of high quality and I can't really fault it - it just isn't my favourite clothing store is all. I would consider this shop when next shopping for clothes though. read more

Primark has stormed onto the shopping scene in recent years and this has to be one of the busiest stores I have been to. Clothing is really cheap with t-shirts available from £1 a real bargain but as you would expect don't think the clothes will last long and with clothing strewn on the floor it can be hazardous place to shop. Located near st mary's church the store has three levels on the top floor is the customer service desk and women's underwear which is good value with the men's, housewares and children's clothing in the basement. Customer service is generally very poor with the staff overstretched it does not surprise me that the basics of customer care go out the window. One of the best bargains to be had are their sock range you will always inevitably come out of the shop with bags and bags of clothes. read more
