Well, now that its moved to bigger premises, the till lines aren't nearly as bad. It was really scary at first, with security at first to manage the queues, but thats toned down now, and it seems fine to me.
And customer services is very clearly posted, and when I used them they were excellent, I got the sort of reaction I'd expect from Marks and Spencer, i.e. doing what the consumer wants.
I found a bargain even for Primark here recently - I wanted a warm fleece, and went to the men's part of the store, found a lovely one for £7, as opposed to skimpy women's wear with gaping three quarter length sleeves for £10. I'm going back today to try to find another one. read more
