I can't recommend Phil highly enough. He was recommended to me by a friend and I asked Phil to help me with my strength and endurance to help me to retrain in a new job using heavy machinery for long periods of time. The programme he put together for me has had excellent results, I'm lifting heavier and am able to work for much longer as a result without feeling wrecked the following day.
I'm over 40 and have several long term niggly injuries which had been keeping me out of the gym but Phil was able to change the programme exercises to work around these and also offer really useful nutrition tips to help deal with maintaining energy levels. Even though this fitness push was mostly to cope with work demands I've had comments about how much better I'm looking - I feel much healthier too.
