I started with Simon last month after deciding that signing up for another gym membership (that I only use for a couple of weeks the. stop going- I've done this 4 times!! ) was not a cost effective or time efficient way of improving my health, and loosing weight as per my goal.
This time I really wanted to get it right and stick to it. A friend recommended PT, at first I didn't really consider it for myself, thinking it would be expensive and something only celebrity's do. However the more I though about it the more I felt that investing in my health was something I felt was important.
I did some investigation into local trainers in my area, I messaged some and asked about rates, availability and training however to be honest I was completely new to exercise and was pretty unsure what I was looking for.
I had had responses from lots of PTs I reached out to however I felt a little overwhelmed on who to go with- some were asking for money before I had met them; which I didn't feel comfortable with. What if their training style wasn't for me? What if I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to go back, yet had paid up front for sessions?
With Simon there was none of this, in the first instance he invited me to meet him for a no obligation chat about what I was looking to achieve, and to discuss how he could help.
Long story short after meeting Simon I was happy that he could help me reach my fitness goals, and I found that he makes you feel relaxed and comfortable very quickly even if you are a total novice to gym equipment ;-)
I have been training for 6 weeks now, I have lost weight, have much more energy and feel great! I can't recommend Simon enough, and for anyone still sitting on the fence I urge you to take the plunge and arrange to go and see him for a chat- it could change your life!
