An Apple Store based on their latest "template"…read more A very big screen at the far end of the store showing product promos, lots of places to sit, decent free WiFi, very well thought out shelves for the accessories (iPhone, iPad, etc.), friendly & approachable employees (albeit not always technically up to par with their friendliness) and also people. Lots of people. I'd almost say too many. There are no cashiers, every employee has a portable device allowing you to pay very quickly & my experience with the Genius "bar" was very positive (results may vary though).

This store is not serious at all about fixing Apple devices. We took my daughter's iPhone, bought…read moreone year ago because it stopped working. We were told that the motherboard had fried and that it was a manufacturing fault, and that the phone would thus be fixed under guarantee. A few days later we were informed that the replacement piece had arrived and that we could come back in an hour. Surprise for the return: we were told that actually it was all my daughter's fault that the motherboard had fried and that in fact the phone could not be fixed after all. It was returned to her half open! This is not a way to deal with customers, it is unprofessional and incompetent and anything else than customer friendly. Indeed, it is dishonest. AVOID THIS STORE!
