Called again asking for her, she's not in yet but should be here anytime. Hours later no callback 3rd phone call asked for Tracy this time told her the issue, she apologized and said refund was done and would email me a receipt. Apologized for Katina stating she was overwhelmed with a home renovation and moving. I don't want to hear excuses. Never got the email receipt from her either Y'all are evidently not good at customer service, calling back or following up and DO NOT deserve my business. I guess because I was only buying a remnant and not a FULL SLAB!!! Really didn't deserve even1 star. Don't tell a customer you have another appointment either without an apology. You made us feel like we weren't important enough!! Wise up when considering this place people!!!

We were pleased with the plumbing, electricial, and tile (Ivan and Simon) sub-contractors that were used for our bathroom project. We've encountered our fair share of contractors and, for this job in general, received many over-the-top quotes and/or no shows. Ben was reasonably priced and consistent in his communication. He provided us with a project calendar (we've never had that happen w/ a contractor) and while, his team went over their original due date--unexpected issues--he maintained communication with us about who would be where, when, and why. I had quotes from 3 other individuals/companies around town and they were either too sales-like for me or weren't responsive at all. I have to admit I was hesitant about going forward with AKB since I'd not read any review about them, but I had a good feeling after I met Benjamin to receive the initial estimate. I got the impression that he actually really cared about his work and the job he does and it was more than just a paycheck for him. I really liked how he was even able to give me a ballpark estimate with just some pictures I sent him before he came over to give a true estimate. I initially reached out to Benjamin in late May and we had decided to start work the first week of July (on that note, he also had earlier availability than anyone else I had received a quote from). We wound up pushing that back once we received the final quote as we wanted more time to save money for the job. He started work on our kitchen on a Monday and was basically done by Friday, except for a few items he had to come back to finish up early the next week. He was great about communicating when he would be at the house and did a fantastic job cleaning up each day--we were able to still use our kitchen in the evenings. We did the back-splash ourselves to save money, and after finishing that, I'm just floored at how beautiful this kitchen looks. I even have to force myself to go to sleep and stop staring at my kitchen each night. It was 100% worth the money and I would recommend Affordable Kitchen & Bath to anyone who wants quality work for a great price.

I am giving three stars because of the average here. Branden was a phenomenal and very helpful sales rep that got me what I wanted for 3 properties that I am redoing kitchens on. I put down deposits on the stone to make sure it didn't get resold and then the cabinets templated. When it came to scheduling all of this that's where it went wrong. Emily was very unprofessional and touts her past experience in the granite business while being rude and disrespectful. I was told I was having a kitchen install done on a Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon I was finally called to tell me there was a problem. We fixed the problem that afternoon and am now just waiting on an install date for this project that has been paid for, it's Monday and I am not back on the schedule. Then another property was supposed to be on the schedule for templates on Monday and it got taken off and had I not called to find out what time they would be there, I wouldn't have known there was an issue with them not coming at all. Emily is apparently the end all be all of this company and was super quick To say she would rather refund my money and have me go to another company then solve the problem or not be rude. Don't spend your money here. Find someone with a better business sense and go with them. These people specifically Emily, don't care about your timelines or concerns or their own integrity. They use some fly by night third party vendor to add a guarantee to their transactions United Technologies. This vendor try's to get addition personnal information on the buyer, and if it can't it denies the purchase in this case a good personnal check. This causes the seller to loose the investment in sales people and place. This causes the seller to loose it's investment of their installer, just because the Third party vendor does not find, or have access to a buyers personal information. Wake up and realize that the third party United Technologies does nothing for the business other than loose them business. LL Flooring corporate has been notified of the problem, and has chosen to DO NOTHING! Realize the time you could waste just to find out the Company LL Flooring has made a mistake and is too lazy to do anything about it. The Customer pays for it in wasted time and effort to support some fly by night third party vendor, United Technologies.
