World taekwondo, World Karate do federation or any of the national organizations. USA taekwondo US karate do. USA Taekwondo has never heard of them. And as such any rank that they give is not recognized by those groups. So if you want to compete in any of the national or world competitions you can't. So any rank they give is of no value. They give rank to themselves. Ask them who gave them their rank. Before you sign up with this school or group you would be well serviced to look elsewhere to find a recognized affiliated school.

My first few classes were so hard for me because I've been off the exercise wagon and I had never done Pilates. I was excited to try it because I have heard it's a lot easier on the joints. I wanted a multifaceted workout that wouldn't kill my feet, hands and wrists and this was perfect. Every time I went, I messed up all kinds of moves and they didn't bat an eye, just corrected my form and encouraged me to keep trying. I would walk out and evaluate how successful I felt I was at being able to complete every rep. At first it was, Arms-80%, Legs- 50%, Abs/core- 20%. After about 6 weeks of being able to attend classes 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, I've greatly improved. I'm now at; Arms-95%, Legs-75%, Abs/Core- 50%. I feel stronger, can see some muscle definition in my legs, arms and back. I like that this studio has all ages, shapes and sizes. The instructors are encouraging, the equipment is on par with what other Pilates studios have, they have cute grippy socks for purchase. It has a happy design, is bright, airy, and doesn't feel cramped.

I suggest showing up about 15 minutes before class to get the rundown on the equipment if you're not familiar! If you're not very athletic or just jumping back into your fitness journey, I suggest booking an intro class before jumping into intermediate reformer class. It was moderately challenging. I bought a 10 pack, can't wait for the next class!!

Core Pilates never fails to give me a good workout, I leave feeling accomplished after every class. This type of Pilates studio is great for those who are more intermediate/advanced in their Pilates practice, but they also have classes for beginners who may be trying out Pilates for the first time. The teachers also always give modifications for exercises if you have any injuries/alignment issues. Also can I just say that this is one of the cutest Pilates studios too!?! You also pay to rent gear if you do not come with your own (around $20ish). The staff makes sure you're buckled in correctly, shows you how to use the equipment and what it's for. Seems like they should have planned better and had someone there assisting him. Once we got started, everyone seemed to have a great time! Also, the shoes run very small. I would say about two sizes too small. So just something to keep in mind when you go. There were a lot of people exchanging shoes today.
