They truly feel like part of the family, helping to raise our daughter in a loving environment; and they operate a reliable business. For example, Kids Village always prepares for coverage during their personal time off; whereas a typical home daycare provider will take vacation time off, and you will need to adjust accordingly. On the flip side, they offer off hours child care with someone that your child is already familiar with. This is extremely important to us, as we don't have any family nearby for nights/weekend babysitting. The size is just right too; not too big where our daughter's only exposed to her own age range, and not too small where she doesn't have plenty of role models (and opportunity to be a role model). We have been so pleased with the clean, loving, fun, nurturing, educational environment that they've created. They truly are helping us raise our daughter, the way we could've only wished for.

It takes a special person to do what these ladies do and they do it very well. My son loves them, as do I, we feel like we are part of a family. As a first time mom, it was tough trusting the care for my son to another, but at our first meeting it felt warm and inviting like I've known them forever and had no doubts that this was the place for us. My son just turned 19 months old and I've been amazed at how fast he's learning. They are great teachers, role models and all around great people. Thank you for taking such great care of my son and teaching him everyday. We love you all very much.

Who would have thought that the perfect fit would be in our own town, Rocky Hill. Our daughter has thrived in her time with Kindercare. She comes home full of excitement with stories of her classmates and teachers and all the fun things she did/learned that day. The staff is so warm and hospitable. I trust them with my daughter and all her classmates. If you are looking, or have a second of a doubt on where being your child for care...I am behind Kindercare Rocky Hill 100%! We recently had our second child, and the staff has been so kind and flexible with us. They communicate with us daily on activities of the day and any relative information we would need as parents. I breathe an extra warm breath of air after dropping off my daughter at Kindercare Rocky Hill. I know in my full heart that she is in the best care with them. Thank you Kindercare Rocky Hill! You ROCK!

The center was very accommodating with my schedule and getting him in quickly. I feel confident dropping him off, knowing that he is well taken care of, and that he is having fun! The director, Jessenia is so kind and greets everyone by name when they come in. All of the teachers, even the ones that my son doesn't interact with daily, know his name and greet him when they see him. He has been in three different classrooms as he's gotten older, and each teacher has treated him with so much love and care. I have seen his confidence and abilities grow, and he's always excited to get in the car to go to "school". I also love the app, which his teachers update regularly so I can see pictures and videos of his day. My family is so grateful to have such a supportive facility for my child.

The school is well run, with clear guidelines and expectations for everyone, families and staff alike. Here are some selling points for me and they may be for you, too: * diversity (racial and economic) * secure buildings * plenty of outdoor time * predictable schedule for kids * quality staff oversight * frequent communication from administration (in person and via mobile app) * art, literacy woven into social and physical activities * utilize Trinity College students for extra support in classrooms (students always have plenty of attention) * kind teachers, who really care I would highly recommend TC4 to any parent looking for childcare. Just take a tour and I'm sure you'll be sold.

Overheard staff complaining about short lunch breaks at hours that made no sense to avoid staffing shortage, overheard a teacher tell a child to stop crying, that he was faking it. I hate to knock a place that someone might like. If we had no other option in the world and literally no one could take care of our kids, fine, we'd go, temporarily. However, we ended up at a different daycare and we are much more at peace with that decision. Unhappy teachers made this place feel like a holding pen for toddlers instead of a place of early childhood education.

My husband and I took lots of time researching and visiting many different facilities. I had almost given up and then I met with Moriah ( the asst..director). From that moment of meeting her and touring the facilities and hearing about their extensive program I knew that I had found the most perfect place. If I couldn't be home with my daughter full time EPC was the only place I felt as ease sending her. Once my daughter started attending I really got to know the teachers. They are so accommodating to YOUR child's schedule. My daughter is now 9 months old and I couldn't be happier with her growth there. I have no doubt that EPC is the BEST!!
