As far as that negative review I subbed on that job with Mr Hall and it's hard to keep everybody happy whenever you're going above and beyond and somebody's refusing to pay so don't let that steer you away cuz he's always done quality work him and his guys and that's facts.

He got to around 80% of the way to done so I paid him in full after he told me he needed to pay his workers, with the promise (on his word) that he will finish the job. However, after he took my money he never came back to complete it. He also left large boulders and unplanted and unseeded areas, all of which he had earlier agreed to manage. Do not hire this company for landscape work, or if you do, don't believe his "Words" or pay him in full until he is 100% done with the job.
